I get Electrolysis and IPL with Astrid and she is very professional and amazing at delivering high quality services. She delivers superb treatments and now I hardly have any hair in the areas she’s treated. She will give you an appointment first and work out what best individually suits you. She is also a lovely lady to get treatments with in the local area.

I had electrolysis on my chin and have been left with permanent scarring/pitting. The skin on my chin is now very obviously dimpled and uneven. I will have to spend 1000s of dollars on microneedling/laser resurfacing to see an improvement. I have asked Astrid to remove the section on her website saying there are no permanent side effects but to no avail. My dermatologist and new electrolygist have said there can be permanent scarring/pitting from over treatment (the chin and upper lip are apparently a higher risk area), so please be warned and do your research before undertaking this treatment.

A favourite clinic to visit whether it be for a pampering body treatment and massage or a clinical facial. Astrid handles all so well. She adds little details to make it an experience. I love this little haven

Great service, goes above and beyond. Astrid knows what she is doing and has made my skin look the best ever! Nice selection of products for purchase and while Astrid is happy to share her knowledge about her products, I have not found her to be too pushy about them. Also does a good job with waxing.
