Very friendly staff really helpful if you're not sure what colour your after. Has everything you need for painting be you professional or useless amateur like me

Not impressed.
1. Sales person interrupted our conversation to take what appeared to be a personal call.
2. Product I required was priced at 33% than another supplier close by.
3. When I pointed out online price of competitor they falsely and rudely told me the online price didn’t include tax.
Pleased I went elsewhere.

We came charging over to Haymes in Eltham yesterday from the other side of town as our Haymes was closed and we needed very specific items.

When we arrived we were a bit panicked as we had a strict deadline and no idea how we were going to pull everything off.

We were greeted immediately by the store manager who asked how we were and what we needed - he must be some sort of magician because we had no idea what we needed specifically (a painter had recently painted our house and the colours we thought he used he didn't) and by some miracle he was able to perfectly match everything by asking questions about the brand, tubs and finish.

Amazing customer service, flawless knowledge and know how and an all round really lovely person.

Julian, Scott and Andrew were unbelievable in their response to an unusual request that I made. A request that I was previously told by others was 'not possible'. Going above and beyond to match a stain colour to our flooring so our hard wood staircase matches seamlessly.
I'm super impressed!

They are very helpful. I ordered some paints and later on found them too dark. When I approached them, they accepted to dilute them with extra white colour paints and create exactly the same colours which took them a while and they did not charge me tor that.

We went to Eltham PaintRight after being spoken to rudely by another mudbrick paint supplier in the same area. James was extremely polite and very helpful. Highly recommend these guys.

Terrific people to deal with. And Haymes Paint is the only paint to use. Don't waste your time with other brands. Also ask for there Gold Can Range. I am a tradesman & l wouldn't waste my time using the other brands in the market place.

Wow, what a lovely shop and such great people working there. Haven't experienced such good customer service in a long time. We were looking for paint and have not completely decided on colours. Julian was extremely helpful and such a gentleman. He helped us with the colours, but also allowed us plenty of time to try different options. It was a great experience. Knowledgeable bloke in this joint. Helped me a lot with a special concrete coating I wanted. Really seemed to know his stuff. They have been here for a long time so assume their trade service must be good too.

Have used PaintRight on several occasions, staff were very friendly and helpful. Julian patiently assisted us with beginner questions for some interior house painting and wood staining. Pricing also reasonable, would recommend.

Customer Service sucks. I usually respect the Haymes product but the guy I dealt with put me off so much I went elsewhere and got much better customer service. I suggest you have a chat to your staff about giving better service and treating customers with respect. This particular guy spoke with a huge degree of arrogance and was almost incensed I was shopping around for the best price. His attitude is costing you!
