6Sadly a bad experience with Dr Julia Barthrope after expecting good things with her experience. She's very busy rushing between two clients per session, leaving a buzzer if you need her. Seems like she has too many clients for her capacity with mixing myself up with other clients in our conversations. I left the accupuncture session upset feeling misunderstood.
Had my first Osteo appointment with Jess this morning for neck/shoulder issues and couldn't have left more impressed! Jess was lovely, super knowledgeable and it's obvious she has a passion for what she does. Already looking forward to my next appointment. Definitely recommend.
I had a terrible experience. Dr Bartrop gave me conflicting information and recommended I change my treatment plan against what my GP and OBYGN had advised me. I never felt listened to or felt my treatment was tailored to what I needed. After 5 weeks of treatment and more than $500 out of pocket I left the clinic feeling far worse off, stressed and ripped off.
I have had several great massages, including cupping and acupuncture from Julia.she has helped to alleviate my chronic back and jaw issues.
Not only is she empathetic and a great listener she's caring and has a vast knowledge of health and well being strategies.
I have recommended her to many friends and family.

I’ve recently had two visit to the centre and met with Dr Jessica Sammut, registered Osteopath. I was suffering from chronic knee pain, Dr Sammut established that the pain was coming from my lower back and within my first session my pain went from an 8 to 1 and after the second session, gone completely. I cannot thank Dr Sammunt enough for professional approach and kindness. While there I got talking to the Osteopath & Physiotherapist Dr Denise Cornall regarding one of my Children who has now done wonders for us, thank you again Eltham Health and Wellness, I will be back
