Money hungry and lost the plot over recent years.

Been a long term member over many years but ceased subscription due to mismanagement, poor attitude and a lack of care for customers.

Plenty of alternatives in area that provide better value and nicer community environment

Fun tennis lessons. The coaches are so fun and easy to get along with. Would recommend coming here it you wanted to learn tennis!

I had my partner as a beginner attending beginner sessions which hadn’t really covered the basics well.

One private session with Nick and she is hitting much better

Nice surface - blue synthetic grass/carpet stuff. About 8 courts, I think One hour court hire with cool ball machine is really good value at $40 all up.

The club and trainers are excellent. I cannot fault them in any way. However the cancellation/catch up policy is so rigid. 2 catch ups per term are allowed (which is good), but unless you’ve planned your absence in advance, or been able to give 24 hours notice, you lose your money. And even when you do, it takes several phone calls and whole lot of convincing them they should give it to you. Even when I had Covid, and then had to isolate for longer than 1 week due to being a household contact I was denied catch ups twice before someone finally granted them. I do understand they are running a business, however I’ll be looking for a club with better customer service, and more realistic policies.

Amazing club for junior tennis. The coaches are so engaging with the kids and very patient, even on a rainy day. An absolute gem in the community.

Love this tennis club and I found this the hardest thing to live without during stage 4 lockdown! Facilities are great, coaching team are awesome and I love the social atmosphere of the club. Cardio tennis night is my favourite night of the week- everyone should give it a try!

The coaches are the most encouraging, warm and professional people! Excellent facilities and atmosphere too!

Love EPTC - they have awesome coaches and a friendly, social atmosphere.

Not a bad facility by any stretch but it loses two stars from me for the new court surface (carpet is too thick = not enough bounce) and the unreasonable prices ($40/hr is the highest I've seen - I can play at Melbourne Park for $27!)

Just had a hit on the blue stuff. The courts play very nice. Good for long rallies or if you’re just starting off and wanting to get into tennis.
Can’t speak more highly of the staff and the overall club atmosphere.
Would highly recommend to anyone who’s interested.

Played on the weekend after eyeing it off for some time while in lockdown. The courts have been refreshed and the surface is a pleasure to play on. Netting sits between each court - significantly reducing the number of times a ball spills over on to yours. Easy to book online too.

It used to be a nice place till they add a very new beginner to our class. We have been taking a semi private class for almost five month. On our 3rd term a new guy joined our class with quiet different level which made us not to be able to do a rally anymore. All 3 of us cant enjoy our class and get much out of it. Although we asked the management to change the new person class for several times, they keep saying that if we are not satisfied we should change our time and class! (3 of us). Seems the money is much more important than the customer's satisfaction

Wonderful Tennis centre - this place is great, happy vibe, cardio is fun and coaches are great. Well done.
