We went to Kate and sharne with a very rough idea of what we wanted after realising a big wedding just wasn’t with in budget and helped form those ideas in to the best day I could have imagined, flying all the way from New Zealand they helped to sort everything and gave us lots of ideas which also helped made our holiday more enjoyable
From our initial phone call to our special day they have gone above and beyond

The Elope team did an incredible job organising our big day! My partner and I knew we wanted a destination wedding but weren't sure how we would possibly organise all the finer details without being there. The Elope team did an incredible job to pull together their contacts and give us an amazing day. The ceremony, reception (for 35 people), hair & makeup, cake and more that they organised was PERFECT! They made what is normally a very stressful process completely seamless and stress free! We will always remember the big part they played in our special day and can't thank them enough for pulling it all off!

Very unresponsive to emails and calls. It wasn’t particularly great value for money and quite a few simple things were missing or just were not offered on my special day. For instance, a table cloth or flowers on the table where we would eat! The photographer rushed us and basically took all my family portraits in the one location. Not impressed. Do not recommend

When we were first looking at wedding prep, we had no idea what we were doing and were overwhelmed with the cost and amount of planning needed. However, From the moment we started working with Elope, we knew that we were in good hands.

Chrissy answered every question we had, was very professional and provided lots of options which put us at ease. She was with us through the entire planning process and made the whole thing so fun and easy that the stress was taken out of it all together. From picking small things like flowers and seating, to her immediate replies and care, we knew that we were well taken care of.

Elope ensured that everything went to plan and made sure that we were comfortable, had everything we needed and kept us up to date every step of the way. Kate kept everything on track on the day and had a great demeanour. We enjoyed having her officiate the ceremony and her professional and watchful eye made us feel at ease as she made sure that we were not only fed while getting photos, but having a good time for the rest of the evening.

At first, we were unsure if we should have live music as Spotify is more cost effective, however you can not beat the vibe, flow and ambiance that Angus Legg bought to the wedding and how he was able to pump the guest up or help relax them through out the day. Having a live musician for the day really made the it all the more special and we encourage anyone to please give them a go.

We would like to thank not only Chrissy, Kate and Angus, but the team at entire team and vendors at Elope YV including, the wonderful photographer and videographer that made the whole thing fun and were just so great to work with. We would also like to thank the lovely owners of Gum Gully Farm for allowing us to have such a special day on their property.

Kate and Sharne made our day so incredibly special. It was stress-free from beginning to end, and they were very clear with all communication. Even when the venue had to change unexpectedly, they were quick to offer solutions and make arrangements for everything to run smoothly! The photos are absolutely stunning, and they put everyone at ease on such an important day. Couldn't recommend them enough!

It had been a long held dream of myself and my now husband to elope, but if we'd had to arrange everything ourselves I think we would have put it off for a long time.

Elope Yarra Valley took care of everything, we just had to turn up on the day with outfits and rings.

The suppliers they use are incredible, our photos and video are absolutely beautiful, and the venue (Mont Du Soleil) was heaven on earth. We couldn't of asked for a more love filled, elegant and romantic day.

After a slight issue with our video, Elope Yarra Valley went above and beyond to rectify the problem for us, and we have a stunning video we can't stop watching.

What an ABSOLUTELY AMAZING experience, superbly put together and orchestrated by the awesome Elope Australia team! Thankyou doesn’t justify how Sharne, Kate and T handled one of the biggest days and moments in our lives. We had been trying to plan our wedding with SO much stress until my now hubby Angad thankfully found Elope Australia who made it not only a smooth ride while emotions were of course running high but an enjoyable and exciting build up to the day! Sharne and Kate planned, handled and organised EVERYTHING from amazing hair and makeup artists Nikki and Chrissy (who arrived at our accommodation near the venue at 6am to get us all ready and were great to talk with and did absolutely brilliant work), Sharne and Kate also handled all the legal side of thing’s, the venue, set up, videographer (T who was an amazing character), gorgeous flowers. The one thing not even this dream team could control however was the weather and of course the heavens opened just at the time we were to be married outside, even with this extra addition to the day these ladies had it covered! They moved all of our guests, flowers and still captured amazing pictures with such professionalism with the photography and handling of this delicate moment for us and our loved one’s. You guys managed to still make us laugh and all had an amazing time! Can’t wait to see all of our pictures after seeing the sneak peek ones you sent us as they are truly amazing!

We were able to make all the arrangements for our elopement remotely from Queensland. Kate met with us over videoconference to discuss our ideas and answer our questions. We wanted our ceremony to take place in a hot air balloon – an unusual request – but Kate was up for the challenge and took care of all of the arrangements to make it happen.

When the day came for our wedding, we were completely confident that every aspect of our wedding would be taken care of and we were not disappointed! We had a very early start (5.45am for our hot air balloon departure!) – the Elope YV team was ready and waiting for us. We felt instantly comfortable and welcomed by Kate and Sharne. Our balloon flight with Global Ballooning went perfectly – we had so much fun helping with the set up of the balloon and it made for some great sunrise photos.

Kate did a wonderful job with our ceremony – she reflected our style and personalities beautifully.

Sharne’s photography was amazing – she captured some truly stunning photos of us as well as the gorgeous Yarra Valley and balloons in the background.

Quite honestly, our elopement was perfect – far more than we could possibly have hoped for. Thank you to Kate, Sharne and Eddie (from Global Ballooning) for making our day so spectacular – we are both so truly grateful.

Elopeyv organised or elopement at Flinders cliff. We were extremely disappointment in the customer service we received. The communication was very poor. Emails weren't answered for days, we needed to continuously send follow up emails. We were disappointed to be receiving an email the day before our wedding about the flowers when I emailed the week before about my requested flower arrangement with no reply. I acknowledge that they are busy with all wedding cancellations, however a simply response saying that you've forwarded my request onto the florist would have been sufficient. I really didn't want to be dealing with flowers the day before my wedding and I also would have appreciated knowing when they were arriving to the hotel we were staying at.

Elopeyv organised our accommodation at Lindenderry, which they suggested. We had no idea when check in was, we needed to call the venue to make inquiries which was also extremely disappointing. We initially paid for 5 nights but were booked in for 4. This was something I needed to raise with them until it was corrected. Also what Elopeyv don't tell you is that they get rooms there at wedding rates ($100 cheaper a night), however charge you significantly more per night. This seems a little unfair. Accommodation was amazing, however would have been nice to know that breakfast was included in our accommodation. When we raised this with Elopeyv, they blamed Lindenderry for not telling us at check-in.

We were advised that Glen was the videographer, however Elopeyv sent a message the day before the wedding advising it was now James. Which is fine because James was amazing however something I feel we could have be notified about.

This is our third experience with an elopement company given our wedding had been reschedule multiple times due to Covid. It was originally in Scotland, then NZ. Honestly last two elopement companies were better in terms of customer service and communication.

If you're planning an elopement I suggest you do it on your own! We were told they pay a fee for the grounds at Flinders, not true, you can go there at get married own your own. Get a celebrant, photographer and videographer. Will be cheaper!

Elope YV organised our beautiful micro wedding at the Portsea Hotel. I really appreciated having Kate who arranged everything, answered all my questions & gave us peace of mind during lockdowns & our wedding postponement. On the day, Kate & her team were absolutely amazing!
Kate walked us through all the big moments & even held my little boy so we could make our entrance & have our first dance! Our celebrant was so fun & full of life, our photographer was lovely & got so many beautiful photos & our wedding band played great songs & gave our reception the perfect vibe. I’m so happy we went with Elope YV, thank you all so much for wonderful day!

Elope Yarra Valley are absolutely fantastic to deal with. My husband and I always wanted to elope but were never really sure how. We contacted EYV and they guided us through their packages and locations available. Once we locked in a date etc all we had to do was sit back and let them do the work. We had such an amazing experience for my sisters wedding last year in November. They couldn’t have made her and her new husbands day any better, it was everything they could have dreamed of. Would recommend this to anyone who still wants to have all the amazing parts of a larger, more traditional family, but in a smaller more intimate style. We had our elopement in November and we asked Elope YV to help us plan for our special day. This was the best decision we could've made!

Kate, Sharne, and the entire team were some of the kindest people we've ever met and ensured that our day ran as smoothly as it possibly could.

With Sharne as our photographer and Tea as our videographer, we had absolutely no worries on the day. They made us feel so natural and comfortable. Even when it started raining, they quickly adapted and ensured our ceremony was nothing short of perfect. Our video and photos looked better than we could've imagined and bring tears to our eyes every time we look. We haven't stopped getting compliments from family and friends.

With Tracey as our celebrant, there were many laughs during our ceremony, and she provided such a fun atmosphere. We were able to be ourselves and enjoy every moment.

Kelly and Nicky as my hair and make-up artists were so knowledgeable, friendly, and attentive to my every need. They worked so well together and kept my heart rate in check. Although I hadn't fully decided on a particular style of hair or make-up for the day, they used their talent and expertise to come up with a look that was absolutely flawless.

Our chosen venue "Coombe Yarra Valley" provided a stunning backdrop for our ceremony, photos and video. My bouquet was breathtaking with a stunning assortment of bright and native flowers.

I really can't put into words how much we appreciate all the hard work, effort, and communication from every member of the team. Our big day was completely customised to us, which made it extra special. If you're looking for an elopement with all of the unique moments a big wedding would provide, don't hesitate to get in contact with this incredible company!
