7Had to cancel a booking, so did not stay there, but they were very helpful and communicated well, so deserve 5 stars for that reason.
Apartment overlooked the vast farmlands of Merrijig. Very Family-Friendly with games for the kids. Well provisioned with appliances such as a toaster, microwave, fridge and kettle, and Many items of cutlery and crockery. Tea, coffee, biscuits and even cartons of UHT milk and packs of cereal too! Well located close to Merrijig motor inn for chain and ski hire and closer to mt Buller than Mansfield
Great place to stay if visiting Mt Buller. Quiet and peaceful, as well as a great price compared to accommodation inside Mt Buller. The owners are very caring and helpful. Me and my partner had a great time there.
Unfortunately we had to cancel last minute due to unforeseen circumstances a week out before we were due to come stay. Rita was absolutely fantastic and issued us a full refund without hesitation. Because of this, as soon as we are able to, we will be booking with her straight away! Absolutely fantastic customer service!
Everything about the gorgeous Elm Riverside was magical. The spectacular views, the sparkling clean home, fabulous well-though out and generous amenities in the apartment, as well as the pool and tennis court (set among a remarkable backdrop) made this holiday a family favorite. The owner made everything easy for our family of 5 and made us feel comfortable from the moment we made contact. Other bonuses were the full kitchen, the space - large rooms throughout the house, the brilliant spa, the on-site pub for meals as well as great TV entertainment in the house (Netflix and Kayo). I would highly recommend the Elm and we cannot wait to be going back again.
