2Booked two rooms. One ok. Second room for our son was terrible. Big stain on the inside of the doona cover. Smoke alarm has been removed and not put back up again. This is a Safety issue and dangerous. He went to have a shower and the water came up to his ankles so he had to turn the shower off before it flooded. Told the manager and he wasn’t really commenting he said the owner lives in India
We arrived today at 3: 30pm and we left by 4: 30pm.
There was mould all over the seat cushions of the sofa chairs, the shower had mould between every tile - I think there was more mould than grout. The room was generally unclean. There were short hairs in the bed that were not my own or my partners.
Save yourself the hassle and pay a little extra and go across the road to Quest. For $68 more we are now in an amazing apartment with clean facilities and above and beyond service.
