Not a bad store but their lump charcoal at $50 a bag for 12kg's is garbage. Tiny pieces and wood chunks that are still moist.

Massive range of all things Weber, plus really good quality outdoor furniture and umbrellas. Not just the Chinese rubbish you get from Bunnings.
Friendly, knowledgeable staff.
I went there on a Saturday, and was served several portions of seasoned, smoked chicken. MOUTH WATERING!
Apparently, it's a regular thing.

I expect to spend a lot of time here.
Has everything Weber related you need including your consumables.
I reckon if they set up doing some Weber inspired cooking classes it would be amazing.

Service is a big 10 out of 10 - exceptional. I went to Ellis Outdoor to only enquire about spare parts for a very old Weber. They didn't have it but the Store Manager went into great detail on what I needed to do and who I needed to contact to get the part. So helpful.

This is a lovely shop that has some truly beautiful pieces of furniture and bbqs for your garden.
It's very hard to leave the shop without buying something.
The layout is very good as it displays so much in different areas of the shop.
A great place to visit.

Unfortunately I cannot give this store a higher rating as their follow through service has been very disappointing and unreliable. Last year we purchased an outdoor setting but the glass top on the large outdoor table was cracked. They said there was not a problem as they would replace the glass top. There has been a fairly lengthy delay in the glass top and 7 months on the new glass top has still not been replaced due to numerous phone calls and promises from Ellis that it would be replaced and delivered.
I certainly won’t be returning for any further purchases

I bought a outdoor table and chair set from Wllis outdoor living, the staff services was excellent, I ran into the shop late while they were closing, yet staff still allow me to look around and helped me take order patiently. The delivery experience was good too, fast turnaround and professional. Lastly, table and chair quality are nice.

My purchase of a BBQ at Ellis was great. We were not sure if the size of the BBQ was going to fit. We were given the option of taking home a Weber to try before we buy, that was extremely helpful. The only unfortunate thing was that I was not informed of a missing part. When the Plumber came to install he had to go out and purchase the connection which took extra time and money. The Plumber charged me $120.00 extra for the inconvenience that could have been avoided. Thanks for not telling us we had to get this part before calling the Plumber.

WARNING! We reside local to this shop and were looking for a Weber Genesis BBQ (own weber kettle and Q not purchased from them) and wanted to know some information about gas hooded BBQ's. Male sales staff was an arrogant, judgemental snob who did not spend more than 2 minutes with us only to brush us off and move on to some elderly prey. We had to get our own calculator to add up accessories! No discount given for a potential 2.5K purchase (offered to throw in a $19 brush)! Rang other dealers in the area and saved approx. $200. Stay away from this place as they have no people/sales skills.

I actually had a great shopping experience here. The service was informative and the products were a lot better than what you'll find at Harvey norman or Officeworks.

BEWARE! We bought a weberQ bbq from here, only after it was delivered did we realise the salesperson had no idea what they were talking about. We were sold an accessory with the bbq and have this written on our receipt. After following up twice, Ellis Outdoor Furniture flatly refused to supply this low value item, blaming Weber for their staff error. If you are looking for a bbq, I recommend you go to a bbq specialist who will know their products or confirm product details.
