Should have trusted the reviews below. Refused to do passport photos at 5.15pm claiming everything was packed down and made me feel even worse for asking.

The worst customer service I have ever experienced. I walked in two kids in tow, hoping to get a baby passport and was turned down because the owner was too busy! I was the only person in the store and he couldn't stop for 5 minutes to serve me. Not sure how he runs a business like that. I won't be returning that's for sure.

Always take my film to be developed here and feel like I'm part of the family when I do. The guys are super knowledgeable and keen to pass on their skills and experience. Turn around for film processing to digital files is usually within a few hours!

Very happy with my experience, service was nice and welcoming for my first time. Received my film digital copies 4 hours after handing them in, very impressive

Have been going to this place for years to develop my film. They do quality work very promptly - often I can pick up my prints that same day! Lovely service, has a real family business feel to it which feels great to support! Recommend this place to all my friends:)

Took some photos in to get developed. Went in on saturday, said saturday arvo good to pick up. However he couldnt get the digital copy working at all. Said he will email me them by monday, waited till wednesday and had to call. After that he sent only half the photos. Again called for the second half. Photo quality came out alright but service.

Bought some very reasonably priced film from here 3 months ago when visiting Melbourne. Staff seem very friendly and approachable and are very knowledgable when it comes to photography. It also seems like they have a great in house film developing place but I haven't gotten any rolls of film developed there, as of yet, as I live in Perth.

Service poor, maybe I was to early in the morning, photo quality very average, colours no where near what they were on their screen.
