I don’t often write reviews but when someone goes above and beyond then the least I can do is let others know. I was travelling from Perth to Melbourne when I ran into some major tyre issues with both needing urgent replacing. Even though they had 3 weeks of bookings they slotted me in straight away which enabled me to continue my journey onto Melbourne safely. If that wasn’t already enough, they gave the bike back to me washed. The cost for the replacement tyres, fitted and balanced, was also very reasonable. The best customer service experience I’ve ever encountered with a motorcycle shop. Thanks once again to the workshop team at Elliot Bros.

Bought my Zero turn mower from Elliotts couldn’t be happier with the service and advice.
Mower was delivered free of charge the same day, wouldn’t go anywhere else, best in town!

Dropped in to see if they had a nc750x they didn't look like they did, however yes I know social distancing etc the bikes were taped off but not to even be acknowledged or ask if I needed anything, yes times are tough, thinking might be even tougher if you treat potential buyer's this way, I will now persue my purchase else where when I am able to travel as I have already decided what I want just wanted to see one. Thanks for the help? Well I had another go at purchasing a bike for my son and yep you guessed it no luck again, was told 7 to ten days then I paid it in full then after 7 to ten days was told another 7 to ten days, went in again then yep another 7 to ten days, think the salesman (Peter) had 7 to ten days as a part of his salesman skills, left it another week and still got no info on when it would arrive, spoke to Rochester motorcycles and they said that were not available until February, wow go figure, so cancelled order went to Rochester and bought a Suzuki drz400, couldn't get better service and honesty, there will be no third time, thanks Elliott's I now have a great place to shop and maybe others should follow?

Very friendly staff, answered all of our questions. We will definitely be shopping here again.

Purchased a Toro Zero turn mower from Elliott's, initially Jake was great to deal with and Terry finished the deal off. Delivered to me in the Macedon Ranges on time by their driver Chris who was fantastic. I was so impressed I organized them to take my Honda side by side back with them and get it serviced which much to my surprise was serviced and returned to me the next day! Good old fashioned customer service is what it's all about and they delivered well. First class guys and I'll be back - thank you.

Purchased my brand new Husqvarna ride on lawnmower from Terry, just as Terry said, was the right purchase for the property on my hobby farm. Terry was very helpful and a great guy to deal with, prompt service with the delivery on the day Terry said it would be. Thanks also to the delivery driver that was there tutoring me how to operate my new machine. I will always shop and purchase all my equipment from Elliott brother from now on. Thanks guys.

Always good to deal with over the last few years. No major complaints. However a consistent issue that I have found frustrating is lack of communication when I have ordered parts for my bike. Staff at the parts department might consider improving communication with clients…

Don't use this company. Won't service my bike "because it's not a honda! "
Clearly have no idea or competence in the motorcycle industry. Lost yet another long term customer. Will be buying all my honda spares from online from now on. I have 5 honda dirt bikes and spent thousands in the past with Elliotts. Kids running this place. Nobody over 25 working there.
What a sad state this business has become!

Fabulous service from Jake and Darcy. Fitted three new tyres and a headlight bulb to out two bikes and managed to fit us in with only one day notice.

Rude, arrogant poor costomer service and staff are clueless. Zero knowledge by some staff on products.

Great service at a reasonable price. We had some work done on a Saber Generator. They sorted out all the issues and it's working good as new.

Was treated quite poorly and mostly ignored. Times I weren't ignored I was ordered around and spoken down to in a quite condecending way as if I was a child.

Called Elliot’s within regards to axel spacers, mentioned my model of bike and that I’m not using stock rims, Jake said bring down my axel to match something they might have in the shop. Told the guy at the spare parts desk what I wanted also mentioning the model of my bike and that the rims weren’t stock rims. The spare parts guy cuts a couple of laps trying to look helpful mentioned in his useless pacing we just missed Jake, I assume so this could be handballed to him. I then get told if I don’t have the model of bike they can’t help me, I’m almost certain that the two times I mentioned the model number I wasn’t speaking in a foreign language? Keep in mind my axel was sitting on the service desk where they could have tried and matched what I needed.

I say to him if it’s too much trouble don’t worry about as I could tell that he couldn’t care less about what I needed and then a second guy in spare parts pipes up and says “we need the model number” as I mentioned above I had repeatedly told them the make of my bike but this was a poor attempt to act like they care knowing that I wasn’t happy with their service.

This is one of many occasions within 2020 where the service of this business is sh*tfull to say the least. Based on how terrible Elliot’s service has been I purchased a new bike off one of their competitors.

None of the above is directed at the older guy who works in spare parts he has always been very helpful and nice to deal with, it’s the other two guys, the one who loves to handball everything as quickly as possible and the other who permanently has the f**k you stamped on his forehead.

Took way to long, didn't communicate with us about it unless we chased them, and couldn't give a straight answer half the time or changed it depending on who decided to answer us not recommended at all sorry
