What a terrible experience! Waited for over 40 minutes without being acknowledged and then rudely winked at another customer when I asked for a quote. The owner showed little respect to myself and my mother and treated us with disdain - will never be taking my business there.

I wanted a ottoman covered in zebra skin and was so so happy with what Ellie and Johnny did and a cushion as well! Great skilled work and great to deal with. F. L.

Ellie and Johnny were fantastic. I had six mid century dining chairs reupholstered and padded. They look and fee amazing. They gave good recommendations with fabrics. The job was turned around within 10 days and reasonably priced. Absolute professionals. I’ll be finding more bit of furniture to be restored by them.

Very pleased with the quality of Ellie's work. Beautiful fabric, looks better than new. Work completed in 2 weeks. Our 17 year old couch looks like we just bought it. Easy to deal with, and an excellent range of fabrics/styles. The photos simply don't do it justice. In real life the red is stunning.

These guys did an awesome job with the reupholstering on Danish Deluxe couch. Also home delivery. I could not have been happier. The couch looks stunning and it was low effort.

I had my own leather to match my beautiful Hans Wegner Sawbuck chairs, which I purchased from Angelucci. I needed a long cushion made for a bench seat.

I rang Ellie’s the day before and explained what I needed and was told, “yes we can help you. ”

I had a drawing of what I wanted with all the specifications on it and photos of my bench seat, so it was very clear.

Upon arriving I explaining what I need which was simply a long cushion for a bench seat. I was told he had no time to quote me.he proceeded to tell me he was busy and I should cut my leather roughly myself and then bring it in for him to do.

What the? So unprofessional! Don’t waist your time!

Ellie was a delightful person to deal with. He picked up my furniture piece from my home in Bayside and had the work done within two days. Ellie is capable in his management, and I noticed 'he cared for my furniture as well'. He showed me some of his ulpolstered masterpieces in his showroom, and I immediately noticed he has great attention to detail//observation; and is on-trend having access to the very latest swatches (fabrics) and Material//Styles.
