Ella Baché Eltham

I have been going to Ella Bache for over a year now and will not go anywhere else! I see Chloe for my lashes, waxing and IPL and I walk out so happy with the results every single time. Cannot rate this salon highly enough.

I had an appointment today with Chloe and she was amazing. Very professional and quick with her application. My eyelashes have never looked better, I would 100% go to Chloe again!

Never going anywhere else, staff are always super friendly and kind and they always provide an excellent service. I had Chloe do my lash lift and tint, I loved it so much and 2 months later my lashes are still looking fantastic. Chloe also does my eyebrows and waxing, I’m usually very nervous getting them done cause I have blonde eyebrows but she makes them look great every time and I know I can always trust her to do them

I have been going regularly to Ella Bache Eltham for a few months now and it has been excellent. Chloe who does my eyelash extensions does a fantastic job. Also, I had a minor issue with service on one occasion. I then happened to receive an email requesting feedback so I mentioned the issue I'd had. They handled it beautifully and have gone above and beyond my expectations to make it up to me. Very professional and excellent services provided, I couldn't be more pleased and highly recommend visiting!

Had a beautiful facial at Ella Bache Eltham. Ruby was extremely accomodating and used products to match my skin type. It was very relaxing and tranquil. Will definitely be back soon for another treatment.

Ella Bache Eltham were extremely helpful and kind to me over the phone when I had previously been booked in at a different salon nearby that was a less than ideal experience. The staff at Ella Bache were able to chat with me about their services and even offered to fit me in last minute should I wish to book with them. 1. THE STAFF: All the gorgeous ladies at Ella Bache Eltham are so welcoming, friendly and the conversations are like you already know each other. They are super inclusive, caring and generous with their time.

2. THE TREATMENTS: Personally, I go there for facials (microdermabrasion and the LED lights are my faves). They use high quality products and the treatment is extremely professional and relaxing. My skin is constantly improving with every facial.

4. THE AMBIENCE: A very clean and neat salon providing a welcoming environment. The soft music that plays in the background while having my facials is the best, so easy to become fully relaxed and enjoy the experience. I must also give complements to the lighting for not being harsh and dimmed while I have my facial!

Really inflexible with my service and despite being a loyal customer they treated me like a number. Place looks like it’s closing down. No surprises why. Look elsewhere.

I booked for a gel polish removal and reapply. My nails were all filed wonky and jagged. The polish was applied unevenly and looked terrible. There was pooling of polish at the edges of some nails and other nails the polish didn’t reach the edges or ends. There was fluff and fuzz embedded in the polish. The top coat was bubbled.
One nail had already begun to peel off less than one hour later. All nails had peeled off within 2 days.
Unfortunately I didn’t notice the extent until I had already left the salon and the appointment had taken nearly 90 minutes. This was the worst nail job I have ever experienced.

I've been to Ella Bache Eltham a few times now for facials and after every appointment my skin glows and is super clean and refreshed. Maria is a lovely and kind woman who has treated my skin every time. I can't thank her enough! I wouldn't want anyone else to do my facials as her in-depth knowledge about different treatments and skin products has really benefited my skin. I highly recommend Maria for your next facial experience! She's the best!
