I am so grateful to Jemma, for a truly magical facial today. It is so much more than just a facial. The ambiance created in the room, the sense of being cared for, and the additional treatments of arm and hand exfoliation and massage, and calming head massage make this the best facial experience I've had. There's no leaving the room after your face treatment is applied; you get these extras during this time, bringing even more relaxation, and nurturing. I left with radiant skin, and feeling light and relaxed, like I was floating. Thank you Jemma, and all the lovely therapists at EB Beaumaris, for your warm welcome and genuine care.

I discovered this lovely beauty salon during Covid-19 and have been so impressed with the level of care, and professionalism, from my first visit. I had a facial before stage 4 lock down. The level of attention to hygiene and safe practice was outstanding. I felt really safe and so could relax and enjoy my treatment. In lockdown I have had a phone consult to help me with my products and ordering. I was so delighted to have my products delivered (contactless) to my door the same day I ordered. All the staff at Ella Bache Beaumaris have made me feel very special and cared for. I feel so inspired after each interaction with the team. Thank you Christina, Jemma and Emma.

From the moment we walked into Ella Bache in Beaumaris the staff offered me a drink on arrival and were very friendly and professional.

The Salon was immaculately clean. My Son and I enjoyed a relaxing massage and my daughter and I had a manicure which was a lovely experience and looks fantastic!

The staff and management were so friendly and I will definitely be back and I would recommend this to anyone who wants to pamper themselves that expects great customer service.

I literally could not wait to write this review. I just had a massage with Gemma and it was amazing. I was so relaxed, it was soothing and it was perfect pressure. I highly recommend and everyone there is so nice from the minute I called to make the appointment the phone manner was so polite and it made me excited to go and have my treatment. It's a must try!

The treatment was lovely and so was the beautician. However, my polish chipped the next day and had peeled off within four days and was SO NOT worth the $75 I paid. My Rimmel gel polish lasts way longer. Big regrets going and won't return.

The staff are very professional, informative, helpful and caring. The salon is absolutely stunning. Would highly recommend this place.
