Facial treatment is quite different from the other Ella Bache Salon - have rooms to improve in Hampton.

Worst customer service i have ever experienced. The front desk receptionist denied me of my spray tan because i was 5 mins late, even though i let her know prior to the appointment that i was running 5 mins late and she said it was still fine to come in. So she made me come all they way down to Hampton to then tell me i couldnt have my spray tan. It was utterly ludacris.

Took the package 30 min back massage and 45 min facial. It was my first time and super impressed. Looking forward to going there next time.

I had a 1 hour swedish massage with the lovely Michelle and it was a fantastic experience. She made me feel so relaxed that I slept half way through the massage. Very friendly and professional staff, the place was very clean had a very cosy feeling to it. I would definitely recommend this place and it's also very close to Hampton train station. Thanks girls and keep up the great work!

First appointment was never put in computer, second appt was not with the person requested & was very inexperienced & when I turned up for the complimentary 3rd appt as compensation for the run around & promised the correct person I had booked, I was advise as I walked in that I was booked in with another entirely different person again. I have never seen such disorganisation in a business for a very long time. As I walked in my anxiety levels skyrocketed!

Always a great experience, and all staff are extremely capable and friendly. Awesome spray tans too!

Friends brought me a voucher and was specifically told it would not be a problem to get it transferred to a salon near me (it is almost 90 minutes in peak hour to get to Hampton from my house). This was not true and I had to attend the salon. I booked in for a massage and eyelash tint and told them I had not had tinting before. Turns out I'm supposed to have a patch test 24 hours before to make sure I don't have a reaction, which I was not told. The staff member agreed to proceed after I advised I was happy to accept any risk. The tinting made absolutely no difference, and does not look any different! Very disappointing. The facial was nice, however I was then recommended to purchase a face cream for $140 on top of a $200 voucher. My friends would not have purchased this voucher except for the assurances of the staff advising it could be transferred.elsewhere.

I love Ella Bache Hampton. They do a great job and their little extras really make you feel pampered.
