Ella Bache Balwyn is amazing!

The services are great and the staff are so friendly and nice and always make the experience much better. Everything is done with such high quality and I would definitely recommend going there.

I wasn't going to write a review but seeing as I keep getting emails to do so, here it goes.
Unfortunately, while the staff were nice enough, I felt incredibly rushed while getting my tan. Twice, two people walked in on me getting changed, not knocking. There was no consultation about colour whatsoever, which is a pity for the $57 price tag where I thought I could have some customisation as to hue and undertones.
The tan itself was blotchy, especially on my hands where it took a yellow hue.

Staff said that could not do the service I'd booked for but rold could be done at there residency if I wanted it done and cheaper, I booked in at Balwyn to be ro if I fo to Montmorenxcy I can get done there, felt uncomfortable and u safe

Hi there. I’ve been to your salon 4 times now and received 3 facials. All of these treatments themselves have been good, however when I book online it states that the treatment goes for 1 hour and is $95, however the facial only ever goes for 45 minutes which I find to actually be illegal as the full service I booked and paid for was not provided (misleading advertising for 1 hour for 95$). My facial today was mediocre. My therapist was nice, however took half the facial time organising creams etc; (that should be organised prior to the treatment) that I really only got a 30 minute facial for $95 which is outrageously overpriced… at one point she even left the room for 3 or so minutes. Please can I have someone contact me about the time of the facial I have had missed on these 3 occasions, and have me reimbursed as I’m quite over it now. At first I thought it was my mistake but now it’s obvious this is just your mistake that you’re taking people for a ride with. I even have the email confirmations stating the 1 hour booking.

What a disgraceful experience at the Balwyn shop. I will never return or recommend! Don’t ever ever purchase a Ella bache gift card! They attach there own conditions on them when not listed anywhere prior to purchase. How vulgar and arrogant the team are. Not one happy smiling face! If you are so unhappy working there LEAVE! Don’t take out your frustrations on your clients. The facial was so rushed and rough! So unprofessional. I could smell her horrific cigarette fingers smothering my face- disgusting. The appalling and smug attitude will shut you down!

I just has facial and back massage. It was ok, but what happened was, I had a gift voucher that I thought it worths $100, so I booed facial. The lady in massage room told me I have $195 and can use the rest, so I want for back massage. It supposed to be 1: 30 hr all together but mine finished after 1: 10 hr. Also I noted back massage for 30min is $70! So they charged me extra and gave me less services! Will never go back never

Both my daughters have been coming here over the last 7 years, Emma and the team are exceptionally professional and they manage everyone as an individual, a super busy salon for a good reason!

My daughter went in before her formal and had an eyebrow and upper lip wax. Fully burnt from the hot wax. Eyelids badly swollen, burnt and uneven. No apology given just excuses that the skin is very thin. Will not return and do not recommend.

Absolutely love this place! Emma and the team are very professional. Every experience is so relaxing. Wouldn’t go anywhere else!
