I can honestly say that I received some of the best customer service I've ever experienced at this store. I had an issue with an Elk item purchased at a boutique store who wouldn't help me. Meredith and, in particular Jane, went above and beyond for me and I'm so grateful. I highly recommend this store.for beautiful clothing and excellent customer service.
