Fabulous jewellery, clothes and accessories, and the staff are super friendly and helpful! The only challenge is how to choose.

The most appalling customer service experience I have received in my life. I entered the store, and was looked up and down, and ignored. Upon asking for help, I had a large amount of irrelevant items pushed into my face, that didn’t suit my Occassion, or my style. I feel that despite their goal of representing them self as ethical, you need to enter the store and experience their treatment of customers for yourself. I was made to feel inadequate and inferior. I was not listened to, instead, I was just seen by the model store assistant as just another way to reach her KPI. I believe I heard her tell another customer her name was “Sahan. ” This is not acceptable customer service. In future, please try to treat all customers like humans.

I had do much fun shopping in their Preston shop, l love the ELK clothes and the gorgeous woman helped find the pieces that suited me. I did try on many items and was thrilled with my final selection

Wonderfully helpful staff at the Preston store today. Excellent knowledge of their product and how it fits different body shapes/sizes. The leather jacket and French linen are exquisite! Top brand and just a little bit different, love it

Elk's 2021 collection is sensational. Shopping there is always a pleasure as the staff is attentive and charming. Yesterday I escaped with 3 treasures. Who'd venture into in an ordinary shop when Elk offers so much more?

Beautiful wearable pieces, great range of accessories. Their online deliveries always arrive impeccably packed. Their knits are really lux and generously sized.a great brand if you are tall!

I have really warmed to Elk. At first they seemed a bit too expensive but I have since realised that for that level of quality, the price is very good. This store has lots of size selections as well as gorgeous accessories. Keep up the good work!

I purchased a bag that I discovered had a leather fault after taking it home. The staff were fantastic to deal with. They were incredibly helpful in arranging the return by post, and were super efficient in replacing the product as quickly as they could. I could not be happier with my replacement bag. The quality is magnificent and I doubt I'll ever need a replacement. This bag is for life. Thanks, Elk!

This is superbly laid out store with design, light and great products, groovy music and very helpful staff. My wife had most of the fun.but for me it was also super.

One of my go-to gift stores for women. Lovely products and wonderfully helpful staff. Limited parking but thankfully not a busy area.

I've always been a fan of designs & product, but after visiting their Melbourne store for the first time have to say pretty disappointed in the staff, only the 2 of us in the little store, 2 staff members & not one ounce of acknowledgement. I'll just leave those clothes I was deliberating on in the change rooms for you to put away.

I am offended that elk's online presence lacks diversity for a brand that is meant to be earthy, ethical and all-embracing. Not one model is non white or disabled. Shame on you, elk. Practice what you preach
