This is my local chemist and it is wonderful to have personal attention from the staff who are always willing and able to help - rather like the old family chemist in a country town. Great atmosphere and good prices. Covid injection went very smoothly. Thanks very much.

Without doubt one of the best vaccinations I’ve had. Didn’t feel a thing.
That aside, just very nice people working in the pharmacy today.
Would recommend to anyone who may have concern about jabs - you’ll be so happy you went here!

I have never before recieved such rude customer service and poor professionalism. My partner and I walked into the shop (the only customers) with a male pharmacist and a blonde female standing behind the counter talking and staring at us as we walked around, with no offer to help. After making a purchase, we were walking out and the woman made a gag sound and said "I'm having impulses. Yuck. " Making a comment about us. She didn't even wait for the customer to leave the store. Disgraceful customer service.

I went to get the COVID vaccine Booster. The pharmacist was extremely helpful and friendly. I didn't feel a thing during the jab. The vaccine certificate got updated right after the jab.

I bought an eye care product 2 weeks ago, the female staff (long straight blond hair) shows very unhelpful attitude and she is not professional. The whole experience is very unpleasant.

Shocked at the disgraceful low level customer service I received getting a booster vaccination tonight. I called ahead to notify them I would be running 5-10 mins late as I was stuck in traffic on the tram. I was told they would be closing at 6.30 and I had to sit for 15 mins to be monitored after so if I’m not within the time frame they would be closing and I would have to re book. I told the lady I could literally see the pharmacy as I was very close and she told me “that isn’t 15 passed then is it’s, 3 mins late. ” When I arrived at 3mins passed, the young 20
Something year old sassy girl who had red long hair didn’t even say hello and was rudely standing behind her computer making me wait until 15 passed. I then said “hello! I rang before and now I’m here”, the Pharmacist took me into the room, didn’t even ask me any questions, or tell me what vaccine I was having, just jabbed me and said there you go. No direction to sit on the chair to be monitored, I did it anyway. Sitting there, they were talking amongst themselves loudly, I asked “so what will happen with this, do I need to do any paperwork or how do I get this to show on my phone as I’m getting a flight”, the Pharmacist just told me to find it on my gov, being quite unhelpful then the biggest shock was the Pharmacist turned all the lights off, and said “time to go home, you feel ok, yeah great” and they kicked me out after 7mins. This sort of customer service shows lack of care for health professionals and also what if I had collapsed after their negligence of not monitoring me properly. Although the pharmacist was nice to my face, turning the lights off action and the rudeness of the red head girl, I hope this teaches her a lesson for manners and phone etiquette. I never vent like this but felt this was warranted. I can guarantee I will not be going back to this pharmacy. Put me right off and left a sour taste in my mouth.

Super quick and easy getting a COVID vaccination.literally in and out of the injection room in less than a minute

I had my booster shot here today and Luke was very efficient and made the whole process very easy. I was impressed at how quickly I was able to get my jab, I would totally recommend going here if you’re due for your booster shot. Thanks Luke!

No astrazenica stock. Plus denied an urgent pfizer vaccination. Terrible customer/patient service. Don't care about their duty of care. This pharmacy has a tendency to promote services they do not provide.

Should not be listed as a COVID vaccine provider by the government.

To further spell out some of the wrongs, this is why the COVID vaccine is even offered without a Medicare card and for FREE for anybody because it is THE 'cure' during a forever-lasting pandemic. Conducive to the protection of EVERYBODY! In line with government recommendations and policies! Vulnerable people which inhabit the local area and can be anybody that visits this pharmacy, should still have access to the vaccines without any barriers/limitations to access, let alone deny/exclude anybody! IF IT'S BOOKED IN OR ASKED FOR, YOU MUST ENSURE YOU GET IT DONE! Not good enough!

Visited this pharmacy for a Covid booster shot.
The staff were friendly and professional, so I was dealt with speedily. I'd have no hesitation in going there again.

I strongly recommend everyone to visit this pharmacy. The medical consultant over there is such a friendly, he explained me everything clearly and shared me the best idea regarding treatment. I am fully satisfied.

I had the loveliest experience with the head pharmacist Luke and assistant, got my booster shot and it was so quick and painless but what I remember most is the exceptional customer service and friendly empathetic manner of Luke.
