Elite Swimming Pascoe Vale reviews
7Nice size and clean pool. Great staff and very patient teachers. Highly recommended to learn swimming
Nice place, friendly staff. There are about 4 kids per teacher and the teacher works with the kids according to their abilities. My girl is always excited to go!
This was a disappointing swim school experience. Our boys went for their first swim class today 11 November and it was noticeable that one of the teacher give one child in the class more attention compared to our son. My husband timed the class and our son would have gotten up to 1 minute and 20 seconds and the other child up to 3 minutes at a time.
Surely my son should have been getting the same amount of time considering he has not been swimming before. I don't think it was fair or equitable.
We have decided to look for another school.
Really nice staff and very accommodating. Experienced trainers for both adults and kids no matter what stage of swimming journey. Thank you Shanay and team.
Great environment for young children to develop skills in the hands of swimming professionals. The people I have had contact with have been very supportive and patient with my child. Would definitely recommend this school.
My daughter started her first swimming class almost 4 months back and I must say the way she is getting trained is really recommendable, her teacher Emmie is really awesome, even she has taken class sometimes from other Teachers as well and all are really wow, thank you. Keep it up
Mark is fantastic but his team are hit and miss.
I've seen an instructor yell at my then 3year old as he didn't want to go to her (understandable). I did report it and Mark followed up. But almost every Saturday there is that moment when Debbie comes out with the list and tells instructors to take extra students and instructors say they're full or giving a private lesson! Last week, I saw a confused mum left waiting for over 10 minutes while Debbie tried to find her daughter someone for a make up lesson but all instructors busy! It's interesting to watch the miscommunication and the general vibe isn't positive. I've watched this for more than two years now and wish they could get their act together! Booking make up lessons is a painful process and shouldn't be.
I'm happy enough that my children are learning to swim and I'm sure they have more than enough customers.but I wonder that they could do better in so many areas. Am also hopeful they will do better!
