I had a great experience on Sunday the 17th April in your store. I was greeted by a young lady with a huge smile and enthusiasm. She was super helpful and extremely knowledgeable of the products. As I left the store I watched your staff member greet the next customer with same warmth as I was greeted with. Keep up the great work, I will be back!

The store itself is a beautiful atmosphere. I am sure with the right staff the shop will do very well within the Eastern suburbs. However I am disappointed with the lack of care by the employee who I dealt with on the 12/4. She seemed to be irritated by customers presence. Although her knowledge on products may have been great, a smiling, welcoming face never hurts! As stated the shops itself is amazing, The owners should be proud.

New to the whole gym scene and when I walked into the store I was welcomed with opened arms. Hayley made me feel so comfortable at starting my fitness journey and showed me around, she was so willing to help! L I left feeling so happy and wanting to come back!
