Guys don’t waste your time by applying here. They are unprofessional rude. I applied for a job done the registration had a interview at their office. Didn’t hear back even after one month gave them
A call but still they don’t know nothing

One of the worst job agency. Very first time I contacted them around 4 months ago I talked with their many staff members for a job every single time they say we will send you profile to headbranch and nothing happens and I called them for atleast 20,25 for a job but they just give a Lollipop lol they will never say we will give you job they just tell just we will contact you but never contact you. I wanted to give you 0 rating but 1 star is needed to submit a rating

Hello, my name is Ali Karimkhani and I am a registered member of Elite Staffing Solutions and I have a very bad experience with these employees. In the workplace located at 10-12 HOCKING STREET NORTH COBURG VIC, there is a manager of this chocolate factory named Danny, he behaved with me in a very disgusting and racist manner and made me clean the facilities of the factory and it was not a safe place to work. He was forced to work. To make matters worse, I still haven't received my last week's salary and no one is responding!
I am sorry Trae Specter, I forgot to be honest about you: he is very responsible. The only person who comforted me to reach me. No one except him reached my cry. I don't know what happened since the last day that he doesn't know about me. It's strange!

Been with them for less than a week as they had some openings for a friend and I and we both thought to give it a go to see how we go.

Friend left the job as it wasn't for them and then one of their staff, Silvanna, complained to me about my friend after checking to see if I was staying.

I told her I'm still looking for work but will be staying for now and then she puts me on the spot asking what I want to look for in a very demanding & rude tone. She then implied that I was lazy because I haven't worked in a few months when the work I've been put on by her is very labour intense.

Then to finish off the call she end up saying something along the lines of 'If you do decide to leave at the end of the week, don't make the call on a Sunday night, ' in a rude tone, again referencing to my friend.

Forklift & Warehousing operational placements have been made easier with this agency due to the friendly & professi tional staff at Elite Staffing Solutions over the years. They have always been a pleasure to deal with.

I worked with them few months ago, accounted by Hashanti. And I’ve been working with more than one labour hire agent before, but she was the worst agent I’ve ever met. She was the only person that will ask you “why” when you’re unable to accept the on-call job, for whatever the reason. But, when you give her the answer, she disliked it and “kick you out”. However, she gave a false-promise. Managed to convinced me a 4days fix schedule, but never happened. She also will ask you to standby on the site, at 5AM, just to let you wait—whether or not they need you on that day. With this experience, She doesnt even deserve a single star. ELITE’s gotta fix this to be better. Stop act like it’s just a casual-family run business.

Absolute joke. If this is the "Elite" then god knows how bad "Standard" is. Avoid this joke of an organisation.

Dodgy scam company. Avoid at all cost. Wish i could give them zero stars. Pretty sure all the positive reviews on here are fake. RUN

Elite staffing has been really easy to work with. They were able to find me an opportunity that was suitable for me.
