I had Keith at my home today to install vent covers on our evaporative cooling system. He was a very pleasant person to deal with. He was very prompt, installation all done in no time at all. Highly recommended.

Rushed home from my grand daughters concert to be home on time and no one showed up, also didn't turn up at my sister's house. What kind of scam is this? I will be following this dodgy company up and reporting them, wasting people's precious time thanks for NOTHING

They will spam you with calls on a daily basis, even after you get the job done. If I would have known, I would have never clicked on their Facebook advert.

The energy saving products are pretty good, but getting them requires several phone calls to their quite incompetent call centre and then a whole day waiting for their installers to show up. The total cost of the products was less than $10, so in hindsight I should have just gone to Bunnings and bought them myself.

Can't make an appointment with this mob, will only call you to tell you that they're in the area the next day. They have no way to plan more than a day in advance? Sort out your scheduling.

Very impressed with the level of service. Luke kept us informed of his ETA and did a very neat, clean and quick installation of two ceiling fan vents in our very high ceilings. Highly recommended!

Had Phil install ceiling fan hoods in two locations. The third was unable to be done due to a lower than normal ceiling space above the extraction fan. Other two were done quick, efficient and professionally. Had good communication and installer was on time. No complaints from my experience.

Mike, the electrician sent by Elite Smart Energy Solutions, dropped by my house this morning exactly on time as per the schedule sent to me last night via SMS text message.

Mike did an excellent job of installing 5 fan seals for my toilets and showers and also changed two shower heads to water saving models — all this financed and funded by the Victoria State Government and at zero out-of-pocket cost to me.

Very happy with Paul from Elite and Mike the electrician, very polite in all their dealings with me and Mike cleaned up and was very friendly to deal with.

Understand there is a lot of skepticism about companies like Elite out there given all the scammers going around but my experience is all positive, would certainly be happy to recommend them!

Ricky turned up on time and took about 35 minutes to fit three fan vent covers. He offered to clean up the insulation that came out of the roof and took away all rubbish. Easy experience and now the fans have been draft proofed.

Had my monitor installed the day after I enquired. It was quickly installed by a friendly installer. Has been working without any issues
