Horrible customer service! I bought something from their catalogue and the item received looked completely different. I sent it back in original packaging, UNUSED, because it didn’t match our aesthetic due to not looking like what was advertised and I was refused a refund because the items were ‘“scratched” despite never being used. I was also told that “I don’t have anymore time to waste on this matter” when I was querying the process, effectively dismissing me completely. Wont even mail the items back and is telling me to organise pick up myself. Just go literally anywhere else.

I contacted Elite Glass Solutions as I had an issue with a trifold frameless glass door that had been installed by another company (that was no longer in business). John Moffat came to my house to look at the issue, and recommended a specialist glass company to resolve the issue. His knowledge of the fittings and how to resolve the issue, and the company he recommended were first class. I cannot recommend John and Elite Glass more highly!
