Just want to provide a review of Elite Garages & Barns (Elite). It was a real pleasure to deal with all staff who work at Elite. The whole process from shed concept, to planning and then on to construction was a seamless process combined with ample communication at all steps of the building process. Mark was endlessly patient with our somewhat cloudy requirements and offered a creative solution to our problem. The plan he provided far surpassed our expectations. Your advice, backed by your expertise, was also greatly appreciated.
Kudos also go to Mitch who constructed the concrete base. Mitch was tremendous in being able to accommodate a specific change at the last minute. He was totally professional in the way he arranged things to suit our requirements. When we finally got everything lined up to start the job the weather threatened however Mitch and his team to their credit pressed on and produced a highly professional outcome in what became very poor conditions.
Leo and his colleagues then efficiently and professionally completed the required work. Leo’s professionalism and his ability to think creatively help solved an issue that may have impacted construction. Well done. The entire installation team were very skilled. They were efficient, responsive and easy to communicate with. The completed shed looks outstanding.

This company is amazing and they really do deliver what they say. From the front office staff to construction crews the meticulous work planning and craftsmanship is exceptional. They are proud of the work they do and it shows.

️BEWARE️ Brett, the owner of Elite Garages doesn't honour his warranty on his garages. I had a roller garage installed in Werribee and whilst we are still within the warranty period, he refuses to come back and help us out with the problems we're experiencing. Instead he ignores text messages, lets calls go through to voicemail and never returns them. Then when you do eventually get hold of him, he says he'll call you back to schedule in a time, but that's the last you ever hear of him! Shame on you Brett. His customer service and overall skills/job workmanship are highly questionable. A big thumbs down!

Very Happy With new Garage. Brett & Jodie organized it from Elite Garages in Hoppers crossing and so as the Slab guys and installers. Very Helpful from day one. Highly Recommend these guys.

Ordered a roller door and it arrived 4 hours late. They lied to me and blamed it in the truck driver and when the guy delivered it he told me no one told him what time to drop the door off and he was delivering roller doors to people who didn't even know they were coming!

Elite Garages & Barns are so easy to deal with and delivers everything with out a worry down to the planning and to the build they do it all.

Mark was very helpful during the selection process pointing out matters we hadn't considered and was quick to respond to follow up questions. Brett was also great with practical onsite suggestions and advice. We had a small post construction issue where the installer missed installing some flashings, however, as soon as I emailed Mark about this I had a positive response within an hour and the matter was resolved quickly. It's often the after sales service that differentiates businesses and Elite were fantastic in this regard.

I am very impressed with the quality of product and service I’ve received from Elite Garages. I obtained four quotes before proceeding with my shed and not only were these guys competitive on price, Mark and Brett really went above and beyond to ensure that I got the shed I wanted. I had a number of non-standard features I was after and they took this in their stride and didn’t make me feel like I was being a pain in the back side. All the trades people they used were prompt and professional and I’m very happy with the finished product. Five star experience for sure.

These guys are absolutely fantastic, They organised the plans, building permit and sorted out all the build overs with no fuss. I am very happy with the quality and build of the steel carport.

The Team from Elite were fantastic- from our first contact with Jarrod, then Mark with plans and all paperwork completed by Larissa who was always willing to answer any queries. Then Mitch who did the concrete base, Micky and his great team who built the shed were absolutely so easy to work with and made sure we got a great job. Yesterday after fishing, the boat was backed into the shed with ease and a huge smile on the fisherman's face. Thanks so much for all your hard work and expertise.
