From the moment we stepped into the well laid-out store we were made to feel at ease as Bev & Damien so very patiently helped us decide which flooring would best suit our home.
(After years of changes to the floorplan of our home; we had ended up with a 'patchwork' of six different floor surfaces!)
They were so patient: they clearly appreciate how daunting choosing the right product, pattern and design can be!

Damien visited our home and spent much time explaining the whole process in detail until we were sure about our decisions/choices of the hybrid floor and carpets. (We didn't feel 'pressured' or rushed!)
He talked us through the expected timelines for the ordering and installation of the floor. (Nothing was too much trouble for him)
He was so accommodating during intallation i.e. We requested 'a pause' for a couple of days to facilitate moving furniture/vacate rooms etc.between laying the hybrid floor and fitting the carpets.

Damien's professionalism, workmanship, knowledge and expertise in the industry is second to none!
His team are also efficient, obliging and punctual.

Our home has been transformed! We now have streamlined flooring throughout & it looks absolutely amazing!

We’ve recently just had some roller blinds fitted by Damian and the team at Elite flooring extra, there service and product was fantastic and would highly recommend using them again great local business.

Damien's service was impeccable. Right in the middle of lockdown when everyone else was in a fluster, Damien could not do enough to help us get the finish that we wanted. He would go out of his way to come to us (as many times as was needed) and was able to solve any challenges that presented themselves in some unusual requests that we made.
