5 I Cantt thank Elite Disability enough, They have made a huge improvement in my life. They have assisted me with everything including getting my own house, getting me to appointments on time, shopping, cleaning, garden maintenance, and just being more independent in general.the admin team and my support worker both go above and beyond my expectations.
They have definitely given me the confidence that the ndis is there to support me 100% no matter what the situation
Pre-arranged DSW was over an hour late for client pick up (at 10am in Pakenham) to meet Real Estate agent in Werribee (2h drive away) for key hand over, for long awaited apartment. Client already suffers from anxiety and stress and is hearing impaired. Called three times to the company, to be given no update or reason from the driver (or their location, so we could advise the real estate agent). Looking for a more reliable disability company. DO NOT RECOMMEND.
I was referred to Elite Disability by my (LAC) back in September 2019 and since then I have been registered with them. Amazing, honest, reliable, well organize and highly trained staff. They also have a highly qualified group of allied health professionals on board, Physiotherapist, Occupation Therapist. They also have provided me with every thing I have asked for in regards of my disability and I couldn’t be more comfortable and happier. I love my Disability Support workers they are so supportive and lovely. I highly recommend them.

Elite has changed my family’s life for the better. My son now is more manageable in public surroundings and sleeps better at night! Elite has helped improve Hamza’s daily living and wellbeing.
