I came here a few months back to get some help troubleshooting a problem with my desktop. They were able to pinpoint the problem and take care of repairs with my parts while I was at work (super convenient).
They had good communication, quick turnaround time, and nice attention to detail. I would definitely recommend them and if I found myself in the same situation again, I wouldn't hesitate to go back.

Which I discussed with the costumer service before making a booking. The technicians have been prompt, polite and straight forward. The technicians explained things to me in simple terms, and gave me some options, and fixed the problem, considering my budget and the type of computer user I am. Fixed broken laptop for a very competitive price. They took 5 days (3 working days) to fix it. The issue was a broken screen which they replaced. The guy at the reception desk was helpful. The man who worked in the 'technical department' who fixed my laptop was also helpful and appeared to be very knowledgeable about computers. Would definitely visit again if I needed any computer repairs.
