My 4 year old computer developed serious hard drive issues. Elite diagnosed a seized cooling fan which had cooked the hard drive, but otherwise the computer was ok. They suggestion that I upgrade to the latest hard drive technology. A quick repair, and I am now enjoying a much faster computer. All my data was saved and I am looking forward to a few more years out of my original investment. Tim was a pleasure to deal with, knows his stuff, quickly assessed my needs, and came up with an economical solution. Highly recommended on this visit. Thanks Tim.

Charged me $420 for a motherboard only worth $110, which still has not fixed the issue im having with my pc. Well and truly over priced for the service i received.
