Always greeted with a smile, the staff are friendly and helpful. They do an extremely good job each time I take items for alterations. The pricing is great compared with others in the area. Will continue to take my business to them.

The perfect tailor. Staff are friendly, attentive and very skilled. They fixed my suit which was previously ruined by another unskilled tailor. The suits looks completely new and fits me perfectly. Every single job I ask is completed accurately and my clothes have never fit and looked so good!

If there's one thing you need do in your life it's to fire your old tailor and see these guys. Driving all the way up from Werribee is definitely worth the drive; these tailors are the best!

She dealt with the job straight away. My son was beginning school on Monday and I went in on a Saturday early afternoon and she hemmed my son's trousers straight away so that they were ready for school on Monday morning. Thank you so much! You're a life saver!

Alterations - perfect.
Drycleaning - 7 suits came back looking identical to when they were given. Didn't seem cleaned at all. Disappointing.

Bestest I've been there a couple of times to alter dresses they do an amazing job and always provide great suggestions to make the dresses look better!

They did an amazing job on my jeans, I dropped off three pairs of jeans that need to be taken in considerably in the waist. They were all done perfectly, extremely neat and now fit me extremely well.

I had the pocket of a leather jacket repaired. The work done was fantastic and the price was great - given the fiddly work involved.

Consistently great alterations! I’ve had bridesmaid dresses, wedding guest dresses, jeans and more altered here and am never disappointed. The first port or call for when I need tailoring.

I gave some jeans to be altered and went to collect it at the right time and day they asked me to collect it but it wasn’t ready. On the day I left the jeans the person who accepted them told me that they’ll call me if they’re running late. I never got a call from them so I went to collect them and my jeans weren’t ready. They asked me to come back later or the next day. They also had to audacity to give excuses like “we didn’t have time to call”. That’s a lame excuse! I don’t want to hear excuses like that. A phone call won’t take 2 minutes. I’m a 100% sure you had 2 minutes to call a PAYING CUSTOMER who end of the day pay your wages! You’re very expensive as well! Don’t try to justify your mistake! STOP WASTING CUSTOMERS TIME! YOU HAD MY NUMBER YOU COULD HAVE CALLED ME! Unreliable! Don’t recommend! Not worth it! Too expensive! So many reliable good quality cheaper places in Richmond! Never again!

Absolutely incredible group. With COVID we had to rush to get our suits altered for my wedding and the team helped go above and beyond in getting our suits sorted for the special day. Our suits were actually ordered over a year ago but because of covid we had pushed back the wedding, which meant alot of them needed quite a bit of changing. They did such a great job and even stayed late just to help get us fitted in time. Can't recommend enough.

Extremely expensive! Unreliable! Unprofessional! My jeans weren’t ready on the day I was asked to come collect it. They didn’t even bother to call me to let me know that my jeans weren’t ready and wasted my time and made me come back the next day. When I told them they should have called me their response was “yeah yeah”. No apologies. Nothing! They’re uncivilised and primitive! Don’t recommend. So many better, cheaper, professional places in Richmond. They only take cash and try to keep your copy of the receipt so that they don’t have to pay taxes to the government. I should call the ATO and ask them to do a serious audit. I’m a 100% sure these people owe $$$$ to the government.

Only $25 per pant tailoring waist or fit. Turned out absolutely perfect - saved 2 suits I'd grown out of!

I had the suit for my wedding altered by Elite Alerterations, and their service was incredible. Their work was high in quality and they really helped me out by squeezing me in the morning of my wedding! Very professional.

The staff here were very kind, attentive and happy to help. I got a suit and shirt altered to fit (including at the shoulders) and the final result was done perfectly and in a timely fashion. I will be definitely be bringing all my alterations here from now on and definitely recommend that you do too!

A month ago, I bought trousers, three sizes too small, in Italy.who was I kidding? !
Never fear, this busy little nook, filled with friendly seamstresses, took my trousers and in a week, all four pairs were adjusted, perfectly and for a relative pittance!
They are all perfectionists, so I never worry, as they are so convenient and so very good!

The lady at the counter tried to dissuade me that fixing the pockets in my favourite pair of jeans would be more work than they were worth, but I decided I'd rather repair them than throw them away and I couldn't be happier with the result - and it was significantly more affordable than what I was quoted for the same job elsewhere.

Service and work is good.

Issues paying. Tried to charge me $20 for a $15 invoice because I needed to pay card. Then their machine for card payment is not active.

No signs up to indicate no card payments.

Lovely ladies. Got a pair of dress pants fixed here. Fair prices for great work. Hope them all the success. They deserve it.
