Young bloke with the glasses needs to pull his head in. Gave wrong advice when selling a mower to me which resulted in a breakdown. After being sold the wrong blades for my mower by another person there I had to make a 20k round trip to get correct blades, the young bloke handed the blades over without even a “sorry for the inconvenience “. Last weekend I came in the same bloke looked straight through me when I walked in, didn’t even ask if I needed assistance then a few minutes later I look around and he’s looking over at me whispering to a young lass behind the counter having a chuckle at my expense. Looks like I’ll be buying my ztr elsewhere because of this one individual.

I purchased my Honda edger and blower about 3 years ago. Sound advice, service, and comparable prices at the time. Machines start time every time. I suggest you stop trying cheap brands and spend that little extra for peace of mind.
They keep a large range of consumables and have a service department.
I support local businesses.

Salesman had very good knowledge of the products and gave me a lot information!

Karl and his team have done an amazing job at firstly understanding our needs and suggesting a few different options available. We have a challenging and large lawn area to deal with. We went with a Husqvarna robotic lawn mower and we couldn't be happier. The after sales service and installation has been a breeze. Our lawn looks amazing all the time now, thanks Karl! I had a workshop job on a chainsaw to be done. Was told a 2 week wait. After that I hear nothing called and went in 2 times was told multiple days it would be ready they kept pushing it back but no communication to me that it wouldn't be ready. I got told by the mechanic that it would be definitely done on the Monday as I needed for a job Tuesday.
Drove in to pick up Tuesday morning and it was on the workshop bench in 50 pieces.
Steve did not want to accept responsibility just said that he's not the only one that works here.
Disappointing

Their straight up advice is a breath of fresh air in a world that seems devoid of common sense and honesty.

I bought a Husqvana 535i XP Chainsaw.

Being a bit ‘old school’ the idea of an electric chainsaw was a bit foreign to me, after all a chainsaw that doesn’t make any noise can’t do a good job, right? Wrong! Awesome!

Definitely the right tool for the job and more.

Took my mower in for a service and new blades. Did a great job at a reasonable price. At this time of the year don't expect to get your mower back on the same day

Dreadful, took a perfectly good ride on for a service and returned with fresh damage and won't cut properly. Staff and manager rude and have not resolved the issue, who knows what they have done. They don't seem to be interested. Took it back, I timed them. 15 mins they say went over it and thoroughly tested, can't work it out. What a nightmare for us

Every time I have gone in there they have been very helpful, friendly, have the parts in stock and give advice. Awesome shop and always walk away happy.

Great place very friendly and were more than happy to sharpen my chainsaw with out a booking on a Saturday afternoon which was fantastic.

I just brought a new Honda hrx217 from them. They were fantastic, my mower wasn't in stock but they promptly got it in, even set it up for me with oil fuel ect, and if you buy a new product that your unfamiliar with the knowledgeable team would happily run through it with you. 5/5 I will only be shopping here from now on.
