15Customer service both from office and agent to improve as a full 45kg bottle was left at roadside for a week and no gas for cooking.
Appalling customer service. Employee “Eliza” from the Dandenong office cannot communicate to customers without yelling at them. Avoid this person when calling up. She is vile.
After being a customer for many years I am now changing to a competitor.
Elgas rates are higher and even with concessional rate. Also being charged a annual cylinder fee of which the competitor does not.
Absolutely Pathetic & Incompetent company, Spoke to rep Dionne was quoted $20 for a 15Kg changeover forklift bottle, order transferred over to their Woodend branch and was invoiced $44.50, when i rang the Woodend branch was told they could not do $20.00 as rep quoted. Second time this has happened. NEVER AGAIN. 1 Star is to much, should be a 0 star.

Simple and delivered promptly by a friendly, happy to help the customer local Elgas delivery man. Never had a problem. It takes a less than five minutes to order online helps especially in our busy lives.
I know nothing about the Mulgrave depot, but we are very pleased with the service from the Launceston, Tasmania branch
Used to be god. Now gong to without gas for 48hrs at min.even though on scheduled service. Very poor.
More than happy to get a new gas bottle out to get the initial sign up but from there on useless. Most disgraceful excuse for customer service I have ever had to deal with when dealing with a large company. Would not recommend anyone to ELGAS really you should be ashamed. Very poor effort.
Really disappointed such poor service never changes can't organise accounts or gas. Gave them too many chances to fix and they still haven't.
This company has proven to be a poor choice, always drama, poor communication and slack service. Great website, but do not respond to consumer needs. If you happen to live in rural areas and depend on good supply and service, try someone else.
Very bad Customer service. They never deliver on scheduled days - always a few days late. They change the delivery date by upto 4 weeks without notice. The problem is that there is no alternative for us as we require tanker delivery and we must be home to give them access. If another supplier offered a similar service, even at a more expensive rate, I would jump without hesitation.
Shame that I have to rate even a single star.otherwise it would be zero stars.
Have found Elgas to be a cheap and reliable way of servicing my LPG needs, a change in their automated billing practice earlier this year was a bit confusing however a single phone call and their staff were great at explaining what was happening.
Prompt service and we have a tricky drive way other companies have not been happy to deliver, Elgas do without problem.
Very poor service, need a week to deliver and changed schedule without telling customer, wouldn't recommend to others
