Treatments with Donvale Chiropractic Centre are always conducted with businesslike attention to all my aches and twinges but with the best humour and chatter involved. Raph with his gentle hands on approach is a delightful Chiropractor and his receptionist Dee is organised and helpful and always ready for a chat. I highly recommend this practice. ️️️️️

Love the way Dr Raph (Chiropractor) can adjust me perfectly, nice and firm. Started coming here when the Late Dr Alex BAXTER moved over with Lucy. Have nearly experienced every new service they offer. Malvern (Masseuse) is great for Deep Tissue Massage, and Dee is a fantastic Receptionist who makes her own Gorgeous Gift Cards. It's the little things she does for Easter and Christmas, such as Chocolates or Candy Canes which make it even more special.

I have purchased a Back Rest from here that I was not able to source anywhere else.

Occasionally my Children need to see Raph for the Annual adjustment too. His patience and cheery dispositions always makes it a pleasurable experience for them too. It has a little Kids Play area for those with Smaller children.

Highly recommended this Practice for its Professionalism and Venues Rooms. Has at least 4, and 1 purely dedicated to their Massage Staff. So much so I have nearly recruited my Osteopath over there too.

They are also very supportive in my Children's School Fundraisers too.

I have been coming to see Raph for many years now. He had helped me with a bulging disc in my lower back from making my pain from 10 to 0 over many visits! I would highly recommend Raph he is always friendly and very helpful and always willing to fit you in no matter what.

I have been seeing Raph since he took over Donvale Chiropractic years ago, but since I moved house it's more convenient to see him at the Heidelberg clinic. Still the same great service, waiting time is minimal, you're never rushed and Raph helps me keep my deteriorating body in as good shape as it can be. Great Chiro, great sense of humour, all round nice bloke. Would recommend.

Firstly the receptionist Dee what can i say this woman went above and beyond her position to help me out with getting in for treatment especially when i was in chronic pain i did not have to say anything she just saw me and knew the stress i was under from the pain, thank you Dee you are one awesome staff member, and then Malvern what can i say blown away firstly with his understanding, and the best remedial massage i have ever had in my entire life wow i could go closer to home but it is worth the travel i do to go to this man, the best, as for Fiona what a delight this woman is not only does she know her stuff but is such a gorgeous soul as well, who ever you pick at Donvale Chiropractic Centre you will not be disappointed at all try them you wont regret seeing these people awesome crew.

We've been seeing Dr Raph for years with some chronic lower back and shoulder issues that have now subsided.
He has provided nothing but the best experience to help us and his expertise in explaining practices that he is doing during our sessions makes us understand our body better.
That has enabled us to take better care of back for the long run. Also the reception staff are always smiling and happy very nice environment to walk into when is required.

Raph, Di and the DCC team is a great team. They are professional, caring and dedicated team. I had many sporting injuries in the past 2 years and they have always be there when I need them.

I have been coming firstly to Alex Baxter and now to Raph Kazi from long term water skiing accident and they keep me going.

Been going there pretty much every week with Alex and now Raph over the last 10
Years! Not sometime to brag about! But with out their continued help and support, I’m not sure I would be walking with out some sort of walking aid? So to this I am eternally great full! From the girls at the front door when you walk in, to Raph himself who performs the magic, it not only helps you physically it helps you mentally! It puts you in a good head space as well, Something we can all do with at the moment

I have been going to see Raf at the Donvale Chiropractic Centre for the better part of 4yrs and honestly he is great. Works wonders when I have been in absolute agony and doesn't push to do more than is required for treatments. If you need to visit more regular or less often its whats best for you. Also just a genuine person, takes an interest in what you are doing, which probably helps to relax you for those bigger adjustments. Highly recommend, very professional, insurance claims on the spot and also have worked through a team care plan as well.

I have been going to Raf for quite a few years now, and I have nothing but respect for his professionalism & knowledge, plus I know he's going to fix what ever I've done to myself.
I can honestly say Raf genuinely cares about my health and often takes extra time with me to ensure I'm ok before I leave. He has seen me for follow ups if I haven't felt better the next day without hesitation or charge.
I actually look forward to my visits with Raf, the conversation flows easily and a laugh is guaranteed.
