Stayed at The Cattleman's for 2 nights.

My friends and I thoroughly enjoyed the stay. Unfortunately it was raining a fair bit when we got there BUT it was so relaxing having a drink sitting down at the side pergola.

- The bedrooms were big and beds were good; I liked the heated sheets.
- The bathrooms were spacious and nicely designed.
- The lounge room with the reclining chair was divine; plus the fire in the fireplace was easy to keep going.
- Spacious dining room
- I wish I had the kitchen at my place. One exception is the induction cooker. We brought the espresso maker and it didn't work.
- The outside was neat and very well maintained.

Will be back again!

Stayed at Elevation 652 for a few nights late December 2018 to early January 2019 with my wife in The Garden House. The experience, decor, facilities, personal touches, food basket and property were fantastic all round. Phillip and Michelle were excellent hosts. Check out the views at sunrise and sunset from the allotted viewing areas complete with padded swing seats! No better way to see the King Valley with the naked eye from the ground. Definitely recommend the place. Great surrounds to explore. May just return one day.

My partner and myself have traveled to elevations 652 for a couple of nights at least 4 times. We have stayed most of our time at the Eyrie but our last stay was at the cattleman’s. Wow.this place is amazing no matter where you stay. It’s private and the amazing owners look after any thing you need with no hassle
We are returning for a visit soon for a week
For a relaxing holiday
Highly recommend for any age

The most beautiful location to getaway from the chaos of the city. The hosts were beyond accommodating and made sure we were comfortable day through night, and would definitely come back/recommend elevation 652!

We escaped to "Elevation 652" just before the recent Victorian lockdown and boy was it the best decision we have made for a country holiday.

Not knowing what to expect, we were amazed at first sight with the incredible views of the Redbank vineyards on Bella Vista road which leads into the property. From that moment, we already felt like we had arrived at a rural oasis.

We booked our stay at The Garden House as it was just the two of us. Upon arrival we were greeted by the owners chooks which were roaming around the cottages bringing instant smiles to our faces.

Inside our accomodation, we were gifted the most thoughtful basket of local treats and kitchen essentials as well as a lovely letter from the owners with a variety of recommendations on where to eat and places to visit.

The Garden house accomodation had heaps of room for our stay as well as the perfect kitchen set up. We were able to cook one night and have dinner by the in room fire place (Which Michelle had lit before we returned home from our day out!). The bed was extremely comfortable and the added touch of the electric blankets made our winter stay just perfect.

The hospitality of both Phil and Michelle was like we were their family! From a walking tour of the orchard, to a trip up the hill to the lookout, we really received the whole farm life experience.

If you are going for a few days, we spent a day in Bright and visited Mt Buffalo and also had a lovely lunch in Mliawa.

During your stay, you must also try the Redbank Prosecco (Grown on the property.it's FANTASTIC! We were also able to buy a box at the cellar door before we went home.

Overall a fantastic experience and the perfect getaway. In fact, i wouldn't worry if you cant get your Overseas trip in this year, because Mt Bellevue and the King Valley are just as good.if not better!

We can't wait to go back!

Came up here with my partner for a weekend to get away from the daily hustle & bustle. Could not have asked for a better location! The views are out of this world, perfect serenity and getaway.

Would also like to mention the unbelievable level of accommodating that Phil and Connie have provided. They are some of the friendliest and nicest people you will ever encounter, even with my barrage of queries and questions.

We cannot recommend this place enough. Will definitely be back.
Gem!

We were a group of 4 families with young children and can’t recommend Michelle and Mt Bellevue highly enough. The accommodation was wonderful; breath taking scenery, so clean with cute cow shaped soap, fabulous coffee machine, delicious breakfast provisions and snacks included. The perfect base to explore the wineries of the King Valley!
