My experience with the Richmond clinic has been amazing! Dr Judith has always made me feel comfortable and has been able to explain things in detail so that it still made sense to me. I always get to choose what music to put on when they give me the headphones, which makes the whole process a lot less scarier! They’ve even called/texted me to check up on me after my appointments to see if I’m in any pain. Really happy I’ve chosen this clinic to look after my teeth!

I went to Elevate Dental for the first time today. I was really happy with the service I was provided. They look after you in a way that I have never been looked after in a dental session before. You got two welcome gifts, got to pick your music to listen to while they did the clean up (they had Spotify and headphones), and there were plenty of other comfortable offers to choose from. Very happy with the level of detail in the explanations given. I have definitely found my to-go-to dental place Thanks for the warm welcome and service guys!

Dr Judith made me wait close to 3 weeks in pain before I myself had to follow up on something she told me to wait on them for. I did not rush them out of respect, however, clearly they did not reciprocate respect.

I asked why it took so long as I had clearly stated to them I was in pain close to 3 weeks prior.

She told me "I'm sorry you feel that way". This is usually a very disingenuous "sorry" people dish out, which I found odd since the entirety of my concern was factual. There was no apology or explanation as to why a place that claims to work with "anxious patients" would leave one in pain for close to 3 weeks waiting on a "referral". Dr Judith told me "I'm sorry you feel that way".

I'm very very glad I did not get any procedures done here and attended a VERY brief appointment, which was a waste of my time, however, I'm glad I did not let them touch my teeth, and I most definitely will not be taking her "referral" seriously after this.

I'd be interested in visiting a dentist who can at the very least own up to their mistakes and genuinely apologise and live up to claims they make on their website. I really doubt anyone who considers themselves suitable for anxious patient treatment would forget about them/neglect them for close to 3 weeks (at a point which I myself followed up) in pain waiting on something the dentist promised to do & contact me after having done so.

It makes me really really sad to see that these days websites etc can be made to look very good and contain a lot of buzz words and appealing claims, but disappointing in the end when it comes to proving the substance of the claims.

Not even as a dentist, but just as a lay person, I wouldn't ever personally make anyone who is anxious about something wait in pain/forget about them or neglect them or my promise to them in any way, for such a long period of time, when I promised them I will do something and that I will contact them.

Never thought I would look forward to heading to the dentist but the team at Elevate Dental in Richmond make you feel comfortable from the moment you walk in the door. Great professional care delivered with up to date equipment and techniques. I'm a fan and have booked my new appointment.

I had some bad experiences with an orthodontist in childhood, so I would class myself as a very nervous dental patient and frankly had avoided whenever I could.so the time came to have quite a bit of work done including fillings, a crown, and a wisdom tooth extraction. James Wong and the team here have been fantastic, such a relief. Very clear communication about what needed to be done, I knew all my options, felt comfortable about talking about my concerns/fears, asking any questions at any time. A couple of long appointments were made easier with the noise cancelling headphones, comforting presence of the team, and knowing I could take breaks if I needed. James' work is thorough, he's very gentle, very good. Oriana and the crew are lovely and genuinely caring. I can't recommend Elevate highly enough, especially if you're fearful of dentists!

Fantastic experience today at Elevate Dental Richmond. Dr Judith was amazing! My daughter is anxious of hospitals/ dentist chairs and Dr Judith was so calm, patient and explained everything to my daughter that she felt at ease and sat in the chair to have a crown put back in plus a clean!
