Dickson is amazing, he is so knowledgeable about iPhones. My iPhone 11 wouldn’t turn on and he fixed it within an hour. The price was amazing too!

I went to get my Iphone charging port fixed, but when I found out that it was just dirty, the very nice and professional staff cleaned it and charged nothing! Would recommend this shop for anyone having phone issues.

They've got a lot of custom phone cases and other things mobile phone related at good prices. Got casing for my partner's iPhone 13 here when it was so overpriced elsewhere. Plus, they also have repair services if you need any.

I accidentally dropped my Samsung s10 screen on the floor and it shattered so badly that I was worried I wouldn't be able to use it anymore as there was a lot of important data in it. People at Elephone were quick to help with a new screen and gave me a free coffee voucher to keep me waiting. Really great service experience, my phone screen works great and I was given a one year warranty. I am very happy with the service, that's why I am writing this review.

To be honest, I thought the price would be over $100. But it actually just cost around $60, they repaired my iPhone 7 Plus’s speaker successfully. Appreciate that.

Very unprofessional when it came to attempting to repair my phone. Phone went to “technician” that did nothing but damage the back glass on my phone and not glue it down properly then when I took it back to get it fixed they said that’s how it is unless I take it back to Samsung which I can’t because the warranty is now void. Got offered “sorry” by head office but sorry doesn’t pay for repairs. Would not recommend at all

Was served by Ian today, he was very helpful and explained several causes of what could be wrong with my iPhone and was also very honest about whether or not worth fixing it, rather than just wasting my money. Replacement batteries are much cheaper here too than other places. Will return. Thanks for your assistance.

I had problems opening my phone and wasn’t able to make or answer calls, I am very busy and no phone to me is a nightmare, Elephone was able to completely fix in 2 hours, very satisfied.
