They upsold me a screen protector and charged me $69! They completely ripped me off and charged me way too much for it.
They seem nice at first but are very unprofessional.

I went to Elephone yesterday to buy myself a case and I came back today to buy my husband and daughter a phone case as well as they loved mine so much! I met this wonderful girl Natalie at the Elephone Glen, she helped me replace my phone battery, she was so helpful that make come back and buy more stuff, I don't like her but love her, she is stunning and super professional. Abosolutely recommended

I took my phone to get a replacement battery for an iPhone here. 4 hours later I was told that the button had been damaged in the process and the fingerprint recognition no longer worked. They did the battery replacement for free and told me I could bring the phone back to have the button fixed but it would take several days. In the following days I realised the proximity sensor and microphone were also not working, so I took my phone back to have them fix all the things they broke. 2 weeks later I’m told it’s ready to collect only to get there and be told they couldn’t fix the button or proximity sensor and the microphone was fixed (it wasn’t) then given a brief apology and sent on my way. I’m now having to pay 3 times the amount to another phone repair shop to repair the damage done at this shop. Shop here If you want your phone back in far worse condition than you left it in.

Horrible. Worst Service I have ever experienced DO NOT TAKE YOUR PHONE
HERE. No compassion at all for their constant errors after error, we took our phone in
on June 23rd to fix the screen, they sent it away for one week. They called us and told
us it may not be a screen error but a motherboard error they will send it away and let us
know, after it returned they said it was just the screen and all fixed. Not to mention that
when they gave it back they had lost the cover of our phone which is also hard to find
as the model was an Oppo A91. I took the phone only to find that within a day the lights
of the phone were not working and were fluorescent in colour. I took the phone back
they sent it off somewhere again (So not even in their own shop) Once it was sent they
called us and said it was a motherboard issue>>? So what did they even look at in
the first place? The problem was fixed and then I went back in to tell them the button
was not working, she went to check why and broke the back cover of the phone when
checking, yet again we had to wait over a week to get the back cover on and was
leaving for overseas in a weeks time. They called me and told me the part had arrived,
so I went in 2 days later to be told they didn't have the part? At this point we were
on our last legs they said to wait another week, I demanded and said NO it has been
long enough and am heading back to my home country. They agreed to get it same day
Finally. It came and was repaired but button still had not arrived luckily it arrived a day
later and was fixed (They were even trying to charge me to put the button on I said no
have you found the cover? They had not. As I was travelling back overseas the day
after I got the phone the screen has gone back to exactly the same issue as it did when
I first took it in. So I basically waited 2 months to get my phone fixed and payed
$223.30 only to have it in worse condition to what it was in the first place and they
refuse to give a refund or even a partial refund. They can tell you every reasoning
under the sun about why, but as you can see from my story nothing was done
competently and properly in the first place. I WOULD NEVER TRUST GOING HERE
THINK TWICE PLEASE. They have absolutely no compassion they bought us a bubble
tea to make up for the constant issues ridiculous. I hope they learn and others learn
from this experience. This is the Glen Waverley store

I needed my screen changed, Henry did a fantastic job in about an hour. They have a 90 day warranty I am pretty sure wont use. Recommend their service.
