Would have given zero star if i could. Pls dont waste your time and money.i went to get my ipad screen replaced and they kept promising it will be ready on thursday and then saturday and it wasnt ready, they had excuses that its not ready yet. The screen they put in is so bad that the touch is not working.

Today I asked for a temped glass screen protector on my s22 ultra and the lady gave me this film protector I asked her again if she was sure it was a temped glass screen protector and she was certain and assured me it was and charged me $40 for it and I haven’t had it for an hour and the protector was already pealing off. First it wasn’t a temped glass screen protector.secondly, it was put on poorly if it’s already peeling off.
If I could rate this place I would rate it minus stars. Very unprofessional and lack of understanding and language if your employees cannot communicate with customers don’t hire them.
I will definitely be in contact with the manager, would not recommend this place at all.

The worst shop ever in Melbourne

I had to repair my speaker problem in my phone so i asked them to repair and they told me that they will do that within 30min. So i got the phone with the repaired speaker AND i found out that my FACE id is not working after repairing, then they told me that they will repair that within 4 hrs, at last they couldn’t repair it, i went their to get my speaker repaired and they broke my face id strip and they said that it was broken while they repair, so my problem in the phone was doubled, they were so careless and they didn’t pay back to me what they have done to my phone, the speaker also low quality and does not make smooth sound, so i asked them to remove that speaker as i don’t want a low quality one, so now i have to repair my speaker and face id strip inside, they were so unprofessional and not recommended to anyone who need to repair the phone, worst shop ever in Melbourne.

Please don’t go to that shop IF you need your good phone back!

Dropped my phone off to have my front screen replaced at 12: 30 and was told to come back in 2 hours I came back the home button wasn’t working I was told I had to pay to get that fixed. I didn’t even get my phone back. The lady has no idea what she was doing and she ended up telling us to buy a new phone because she couldn’t fix it

Went in on the friday 19th, got my iphone 8 glass repaired and they gave me a different one to what my original glass looked like, the new one is so far high u can barely press the button, it looked like you just stuck a screen on the old 1! $70 what a ripoff didn’t even do the job properly, will be letting everyone know

Shivam from Phonetech repairs is a good bloke and a professional. He was able to provide repairs to my A71 samsung that was absolutely battered. It had all my precious baby photos of my son, so retrieving this was absolutely invaluable to me. He did so in a timely matter and at a great price. If anyone needs phone repair services, believe me, Shivam is your guy.
