I was on a trip to Australia and dropped my phone. I was devastated as soon as I realized that the screen was broken. But Ariel fixed my iPhone screen within 15 minutes that I was able to enjoy the left trip. Thank you so much for your Ariel

Very bad services.no guarantee even after 2 days.my mbl screen was broken I give them my mbl to repair screen they charged 200$ and after 2 days my mbl touch stopped and randomly lines started.when I go back even they said we can't do any thing pay again 150$ otherwise can't help.even my mbl all apps going by own m not even operating the mbl.no customer services.no warranty of any repair even very 2nd day.and just one answer when we handover to u that time was good.

They are so friendly I bought a leather case and they helped clean my phone and told tips of daily care!

This store’s service is transparent. Doesn’t like normal repair stores, it shows every steps of repairing process.

I went to pick up my husband's iphone after it had gone to Thomas for the second time. Before I left the shop I asked to test it to see that the fault was fixed. It was not but Thomas said it was when they tested it only a few minutes prior. He would not take responsibility for the failed repair ie a clearly faulty component he had fitted that caused a secondary problem that didn't previously exist! At least the phone now charges but now people you call can't hear you speak.odd result for a phone.

Waste your time, When place my phone iphone xs max on 15/7/2020.repair the Wifi issue after before Stage 4 lockdown i call them ask about how about my phone any update?
After told me call me back.just waiting waiting waiting waiting.until 19/8/2020 finally i get someone to call me said cant repair just come to collect it.
If your phone got something happend Not recommend to go this shop.waste your time

My phone screen pretty terribly, so I called and set up an appointment for the day after and Max fixed my phone in 15 minutes! Looks good as new and was pretty good priced compared to other places

Elephone was amazing, it was 7: 30pm and they were about to close store but I was still able to meet up with a staff named Thomas to replace my iPhone screen. I couldn’t even check what time it is if the screen can not be replaced. 10/10 would recommend. Saved my life.

This place should be called Phone Ambulance. The technician was very helpful and explained how he was going to fix the phone and was very transparent on the pricing of repairs too. All around the business was fast and helpful couldn’t recommend more.

Just picked up my phone today. It’s so hard to find a phone repair shop that still opened to help people like me cracked screen frequently at this tough time because of stage 4 restrictions but ELEPHONE FIX is one of the best phone shops that I ever visited. The staff was so passionate and friendly. My phone looks and works great. I had to wait a few minutes but it was to make sure my phone was working properly so I didn't mind. The helpful worker also provided me a nice and clean phone case for the inconvenience. Very pleasant experience.

Elephone Fix is the first phone repair shop I’ve ever seen can do home pick-up and delivery. Vincent came to where I live to pick up my iPad 7 and took less than 2hrs to replace the broken screen and send it back. They put my iPad in a bubble wrap to avoid impact and vibrations. Now it looks like a new iPad. I had a great experience with Elephone Fix. If you need to get your phone or iPad fixed, I highly recommend this place.

I had a damaged iPhone, it was ran over by a car, and I went to Apple to fix it, they told me it cannot be fixed. I tried with Elephone, and two days later, my phone was back to life, great place to fix phones!
