Amazing customer service. I had an issue with charging my phone, Ariel was more than friendly and absolutely more than helpful. She offered to replace the battery to test whether the charger or battery was at fault, turned out to be a motherboard issue. She then held my phone overnight while I used the new battery to backup the contents. Returned the next day to find the sd card had had issues so she held the phone longer while I purchased a new mobile. And let me transfer the data once more.

Can't speak highly enough of the two employees. Very helpful and knowledgeable, they were able to find me a good construction suitable phone case for my new phone and precisely place the screen protector too.

Thanks again guys, will definitely be back for more whenever we need.

There was gunk in my charging port so it wasn’t charging well, but was still charging nonetheless. Went to Elephone and the fluff was removed, but the charging port doesn’t even work at all now. After looking it up, I believe this is because elephone used a hard metal tool and damaged the charging port further. I didn’t have to pay for the clean but a replacement port will cost $100. To

My Mum’s phone accidentally fell into the ground and screen the break out and not working. I didn't plan to repair it, but someone recommended Elephone to me. I received excellent service. Happy to visit Sora for her amazing job.

My LG phone accidentally fell into the water, the motherboard burned out. I didn't plan to repair it, but my friend recommended Elephone to me. I came here with the attitude of trying. The clerk told me that it can be repaired and it only takes 3 days, which is really fast. It's not that I don't want to change the phone, but the data in the phone is very important for me. Really good repair technique.

Fantastic service, screen was repaired in little to no time and they fixed the Botton as an extra, as well as a great price. Overall an amazing service I’ve never had anywhere else I definitely recommend them.

Extremely happy with the service. Had an Oppo R9S with a cracked screen. In replacing screen, they advised me the back button was broken & promptly ordered the new part. I was able to download Oppo Clone app & clone all my data from the repaired phone onto my new Oppo phone.
The contacts and photos on my old phone are so valuable and i'm so pleased to have restored them.
I highly recommend these guys for any repair of your mobile phone.
