Eleonore's Restaurant @ Chateau Yering

Absolutely beautiful dining experience. The atmosphere and aesthetics are jaw droppingly stunning and the food was to die for. Looks small on the plate, but very satisfying. Service was friendly and attentive. We will definitely be back.

From the moment we arrived everything was perfect. We were early for our high tea reservation so we relaxed in the drawing room and what a beautiful room it is. The staff were all great and the food was magnificent, plenty of variety and certainly enough, we even got to take the leftover scones home. Definitely one of the best high teas I have ever had.

Overall we had a really nice evening. I gave the food 3 stars only because we had one plate which was cooked really poorly and we had to send it back, if not I would have given 5 for the risotto alone. I have to compliment Santiago Diaz who was outstanding and dealt with the situation with impeccable professionalism and ensured we had an enjoyable experience all the same. He saved our experience for a number of reasons, room included, thank you! On a real positive note we both ended up with risotto and it was absolutely fabulous, as was the wine pairing

Inedible awful Food
My daughter and I had lunch here today and the whole place is beautiful and so were the gardens but the food was horrible. We ordered the spaghetti with crab and there was no crab and No flavour. There was way too much oil in the food and it wasn’t even fresh. They wouldn’t even replace the meal. Would never come here again

What an absolutely beautiful place to celebrate my father’s birthday. The food was incredible, the service was impeccable. I would highly recommend Eleonore’s Restaurant at Yering Station. Thank you all for making the day so very special.

Currently, the restaurant only offers a 5 course meal for $150pp. If you're a hard core foodie you'd probably rate the food higher than me. But we found the 7 massive plates with a piece of food the size of a 50cent piece a bit ridiculous and too fussy. No doubt a lot of effort goes into preparing it though. This might justify the cost. The atmosphere is just lovely and the waiters were great.

The best meal we've had in 2022, hands down. Their vegan degustation is absolutely amazing - great dishes with an abundance of flavor, very well presented, with attentive staff and fantastic wines to pair.

You can tell the skill of the Chef and cooks by how good simple dishes are; case in point, their cashew "butter" with their sourdough bread. Such minimalist, common food but was done exquisitely.

The atmosphere is eclectic, luxurious victorian with calming classical music in the background which enhances the incredible view from our seating. The whole experience is very intimate as there's little seating and makes it feel extra special, which was perfect for our little birthday celebration

The venue is very much a fine dining establishment and furnished accordingly, however unfortunately for Chateau Yering that's where it all stops. The tasting menu isn't value for money and so far back from others I have experienced its lonely. No signature dish and none that I would recommend to a colleague, and basically no better than a pub bistro, very disappointing indeed. Has definitely deuterated over the years and based on our experience would struggle to make 2 1/2 stars. As a side note probably, better that your wait staff don't wear dirty scruffy work boots!

Thank you to the team at Chateau Yering for a special bridal shower high tea experience. We felt the warm hospitality from attentive and friendly staff. The environment and presentation of food is stunning too!

The high tea had generous portions and well executed sweet and savoury classics. (They even gave us takeaway containers to bring home the extras!) The kitchen also presented the bride-to-be with a special dessert (how very sweet of them!).

Our visit happened to be on a quiet Saturday afternoon and could have done with some background music. Nevertheless we still enjoyed our time and recommend this place for a delightful high tea experience.

Fine dining in a vintage setting pleasant old charm atmosphere. Limited set menu, only 1 vegetarian option no vegan, very overpriced and average tasting food. Looks very artistic fancy presentation but not worth the high price. Drinks charged extra on top of the 124$ 3 course menu. Staff were excellent and very attentive. Dessert was the best course very interesting intricate artistic luxurious creations.

Beautiful property from the car park through to the chateau, fresh air, the flora and fauna. A walk around the property and you can see burrows and fresh digging. Inside the artwork and decor are stunning. A wonderful range of appealing delights are complimented with coffee and champagne. A nice experience with plenty of photo opportunities.

The rooms were so beautiful clean bed was like a cloud I cannot say enough about this place.we will definitely be back thankyou so much for an amazing 2 days we had there.

The setting is absolutely exquisite, I felt like a member of the royal family. Service was incredible with attention to detail. Dishes wise, despite the great presentation, I found some of them a bit bland and not what I was expecting. My partner got a better selection though. Overall, lovely dining experience, but more thoughts can be put into the menu.

Firstly its It's such a beautiful place to have High Tea. The whole team were great, all so very nice. Great service. The food was delicious, the savoury pieces were nice, the small sweets were fabulous and the scones were great all with the great view of outside was nice. The decor inside was elegant. Our weekend away ended with a beautiful feed, how else would you like it to end. Oh yes I forgot, they also surprised us with a small desert piece for out 50th birthday celebration.

Beautiful meals, great service and lovely atmosphere. A special place for any special occasion.
