I had my bridal dress, veil and husbands tuxedo dry cleaned here.
And I will definitely say that they did a fabulous job getting out the grass stairs and gravel rash out from the train of my dress.
Yes, it was on the pricey side, but all bridal dry cleaning is expensive so I am not complaining about that, just thought to mention it in case in the future someone complains about paying $550. It’s pretty standard depending on the garnets cleaning requirements.

The drop of one star, and my feedback to the owner is, your cleaning service is impeccable, however I just recommended you to a friend and they are hesitant to use you due to not the negative reviews, but your response to them. My kind feedback to benefit your business is to perhaps consider they way you respond to complaints.
Don’t reply with emotion, take a breather, look at it level headed.
Try to respond calmly, and with resolution. And if issues can’t be resolved, perhaps just don’t respond.
It can look bad from management.

Absolutely appalling service. Do not bother with this place. I’d be giving 0 stars if I could. I was given a receipt with a price and I asked to pay then and there, the incredibly unpleasant man behind the counter said to pay on pick up. When I went to pay on pick up, it was almost 5 times the price on the receipt. There was no conversation had about an increase in price. I needed my items so I had no choice to pay but couldn’t recommend this place any less! The most ignorant, demeaning, arrogant, condescending individual you will ever come across. Needs to learn a thing or two about customer service based on these other reviews. I’m sure he will write back to this review and snap back as he has done previously. But there is a common theme here.

Disgraceful service with utter contempt for the customer, I should have read the reviews about this horrid business and the responses from the owners.that says it all. Do NOT GO HERE!

Not recommended. They lost our mattress protector cover and they would not admit it. Their response was - unless we prove to them that we have dropped it off, for them it did not exist. We dropped off 3 jackets and the mattress protector and they firstly made the mistake to write 3 items not 4 items on their docket so their tracing system is unreliable to start with. We would have appreciated if they apologised that they made a mistake and offered some sort of compensation instead of being dismissive and making it our problem.

Amazing. Highly recommend. They took out food stains from my daughters white christening dress!

Lived in Rosanna for a decade and had a fantastic drycleaner. Took me ages and lots of trying different drycleaners when I moved across to pascoe vale to find another drycleaner who was just as good but this is it. Been coming here now for 5 years and never had a complaint. Guys are so friendly too and have also been happy with the in store tailoring service.

I’ve been going to this dry cleaners for almost 10 years. Every time I go I’m very happy with the quality and level of service to my dry cleaning. But, since a new staff member started I find him very rude. The first time I was overcharged for all my dry cleaning. When I went to pick it up. I still find home very rude. The worse thing is I bought it to his attention that I know the manager, but yet i was treated like a VIP customer. After 10 years of going to this place due to the level of service I will be going somewhere else due to the poor customer service.

Good discount for 4 pants dry cleaned. Open until 2pm on at Saturday, although your items will not be ready until the following Tuesday.

You can even hire carpet cleaning equipment half the price of the competition. Wait until spring as carpet drying will take some time during the winter.

The first couple of times I took drycleanig they were fine, however I noticed a couple of creases in a shirt with a French cuff and asked to redo this shirt as it had only been worn once since, which they charged me for and told me the shirt was faulty and it will only get worse. Mj bale advised me that the shirt is 100% cotton and that the dry cleaner had used too much heat for this shirt for the creases to occur and that the creases will come out.

Won't be going back. Shame they couldn't fix the problem and just done the shirt without having to charge again. Quite disappointing and Poor customer service they don't own up to their own mistakes.

Ruined a 2 month old pair of trousers and they tried to say i had worn them out, then tried saying the material was not good quality. I had them tested absolutely nothing wrong with them, This place had used to much heat or chemicals.
Wouldn't even give them one star, but had too as i couldn't post with out giving one.

The owner has no idea about customer service. Whether his arrogant approach is misguided or a genuine tactic in approaching customers, only he knows. Either way if you don't want your day ruined by that sort of service, avoid at all cost.
