Elegant Dry cleaning Prahran

Outstanding dry cleaning service. I can not fault their professionalism or excellent service.

It would however be good if dry cleaners (generally speaking) offered an option of no plastic covering over the garment and no plastic ‘one use only’ pegs to secure the garment to the coat hanger. I understand some might want this, but more environmentally minded folk would prefer to minimise the impact as much as possible. Just an idea.please consider.

Pleasant staff and they did a very good job with the dry cleaning. My clothing was also very neatly wrapped when I picked it up.

I’ve recently moved to Prahran for work. My colleague recommended me to dry clean my work clothes here since…. I do not have time to dry clean my shirts on my own. Honestly, I think this is the best dry-cleaning store I’ve ever been to. The staff are very accommodating and accountable, and friendly. When it comes to the value for money, you just can’t go wrong with this store.

Always reliable and friendly. I no longer live nearby, but was very grateful to have them around the corner!

I rarely post review.but. I've been living in Prahran for around 5 years now. This shop have served me very very well. However, I will have to move to NT for work. I will definitely miss this store. Long story short, the staff over there are professional and friendly. Hopefully, I could find the same quality dry cleaning store in NT.

Worst service ever! I took a dress in to be altered which made the lining longer than the outside of the dress. They refused to repair and claimed I should have come back within 2 months which I had. Do yourself a favour and go to Master Dry Cleaners.

Terrible experience, Elegant Dry Cleaning did not read the care instructions and ruined 2 pairs of pants. When I went back into the shop I got the complete run around and no responsibility taken!
