After I called ahead on a Friday to check stock and was served by the lovely Jaqueline, I went into store and ordered tiles for our kitchen backsplash on Tuesday and was initially told they would arrive the following Wednesday which i thought was reasonable. To my surprise they were ready the next day! Picked them up no problem and they look lovely.

Very helpful from the moment we walked in. Helped us chose not just tiles but vanities and fittings and compiled into a package. Peter went above and beyond to provide us with a positive experience and Daniel was very helpful on the phone, even when I rang 4 times in a row to ask questions from the plumber, he even contacted suppliers for me to answer the questions I had. Great and quick communication to.

I would rate this place maximum 2 star I simply went in there yesterday as a tiler for more than 24 years and questioned a price and was banned by the owner Rick Somers, who is known by many Tiler's as a very arrogant man!
As anyone can see reviews are from his own son Sean and staff rating this place 5 star, what a joke!
Staff not friendly at all, my advice as a tiler would be go to Elegance by Avj Ceramics in Dandenong, Awesome showroom and friendly staff, that's just my opinion.
