Pretty disappointing, I spend over $6000 on an order of tiles and they tried to charge me $17 return fee for a single box of tiles. First time using these guys, and will be the last time.

The most amazing service by everyone. Michael spent a lot of time with us and helped us decide on tiles and a look that both my husband and I would be happy with. We took tiles home on a number of occasions before we settled on our favourite. Nothing was too much trouble for them. Would not hesitate on going back again. Thoroughly recommended.
Elegance Tiles has a wife variety of tiles in different colours, sizes and texture. The customer service here is great and lovely staff. You can get samples of tiles you like and bring them home to make your decision. Prices range from as cheap as $26-$100? In the future I will definitely come back here! 5 Stars!
A good experience in an area which I find difficult. The sales person was knowledgeable and very enthusiastic. Their showroom was quite comprehensive with the latest look in tiles.
The staff couldn't have been more helpful or friendly. Not being an experienced tiler, I went in with an idea and came out with a solution. I'm very pleased with the result and would readily recommend to all. A special thanks to Cheryl in the store for her experienced advice.
