We have been buying tiles from this shop for more that 7 years. Had revonated fews bathrooms. Always happy with the products and services. Special mentioned to the sales lady Kimberley, she is very experience, patient and helpful with professional mannar. Also the driver Josh done a good job. Piled up the tiles neatly and in order as per our instruction. Much appreciated for their great job. Thanks!

I looked at a number of tiles shops, and found Elegance Tiles had the best range of tiles and prices. They were also recommended by my builder. I went back several times and each time I was provided with free samples to take home for on-site comparison. Staff were always friendly and helpful. The tiles I wanted were in stock, so delivery was very quick. The delivery driver, Josh, was amazing. I didn't realise how heavy the boxes would be and he carried each one down my driveway and carefully placed each 30kg+ box in my storage area with unwavering good-nature and friendliness. I will definitely recommend Elegance Tiles to friends and relatives.

Choose our tiles and paid a deposit. Unfortunately the tiles we wanted were unavailable from the supplier and weren't going to be available in time for our bathroom reno. Went back and there was no issue in refunding our deposit. They do have a good range, just couldn't find exactly what we wanted

These guys had a great range of tiles and at affordable prices. We tried National Tiles across the road and left disappointed whereas Elegance couldn't have been more helpful and had a great range, got all our tiles from Elegance. My tiler then complemented on us using Elegance as he thought they were really usefu;l also.

They have a good range of products and displays. I had 2 chipped tiles in my delivery, I rang the store to advise of the issue, I picked up 2 replacement tiles a few days later, no fuss. The staff are very helpful and a special mention to Sara for her efforts in helping us choose the right tile! Go girl!

Redid the bathroom and was very happy with the service, helping me pick surface appropriate tiles with a look and feel I continue to enjoy.

We have bought tiles from this store three times. Interestingly our recent bathroom builder recommends them also. Friendly service, reliable delivery and a great range. They have just extended the showroom to a downstairs area which is huge.

The store has a vast variety of wall and floor tiles which are nicely displayed to give the customers an idea what should they look like. If you visit the store you will not be disappointed.

Initial good service decended into chaos, lies and sorrow. Do not use this company. Our tiles 'got lost' and ended up being two weeks late. It would have been longer had we not have got really upset. Strangely tiles lost in Wagga appeared in Melbourne the same day once a manager was involved. We used them again to get 12 more matching tiles and upon collection (after a drive out to Mitcham) 3 were broken. AVOID
