Possibly the most positive experience I've ever had at a GP clinic. As someone who has 'white coat syndrome' from past negative experiences, and generally feels quite anxious about going to the Doctor, I was very pleasantly surprised with my experience at Eleanor Clinic. Dr Glenn was such a lovely warm person, who made me feel like she genuinely cared. She actually listened to me, didn't rush me through, and made it clear that my weight wouldn't be the focus of our consultations. The whole place feels extremely welcoming, with bright colours, cheerful furnishings, and reassuring messaging around inclusion. The staff were all lovely and I felt much more at ease here than I usually do, so I'm very happy to have found this place.

This was the first time visiting this practice, I’ve never been to a more welcoming GP clinic! Very calm and happy environment.

All the staff are fantastic, Dr. Eunice Sales especially is amazing! It’s always a very comfortable environment and I never feel rushed. Definitely in great hands here!

Dr Antje Theilhaber is truly one of the best GP's my family and I have ever seen. She is patient and thorough. All the staff at Eleanor Clinic, from the first point of contact at reception through to Anh in Pathology and the nurses are all lovely and warm. Highly recommend.

On my first visit I was immediately aware of a friendly, supportive and very professional atmosphere. I felt I was being carefully looked after throughout my visit and left feeling very comfortable with making this my home base for my medical care.

Competent, caring doctors are one thing and friendly, helpful nurses and administration staff another: the Eleanor Clinic has both and I recommend it highly.

I have been searching for a family GP to monitor and manage my trans son and his twin sisters mental health for a while. I have been thrilled to discover Dr Cathaya Yong, who has been generous with her time, knowledgeable, thorough and professional. I am so impressed with her, that I have now made her my doctor as well. I am so grateful this clinic exists.

I’ve just moved my family of three across to the Eleanor Clinic and can’t be happier! We’ve been on the hunt for more than three years now for a doctor in the western suburbs that is rainbow family friendly, has female GP’s and depth of knowledge in Women’s health. A special mention to Dr Eunice Sales for her caring, knowledgeable and warm approach. I struggle to have a doctor remember me let alone my little family! It’s such a wonderful and refreshing change.

We visited Eleanor clinic on 17/11 for review of our son. Dr Marc Theilhaber was fantastic. He spoke to our son on his level to better understand what was going on and assess properly and also to explain things back to him on his level so our son could too understand. Very happy.
