Dealing with a deseased estate is hard. Especially when dealing with a hoarder. David provided some sound suggestions, some of it was not what we wanted to hear. Which just makes it all the more valuable. He also linked us into tradespeople that could help us decide what we should do to improve the position of the property.

At the end of the day, the property was sold quite quickly, and for more than we initially expected at the start of the journey. Can not ask for much more than that.

We have had the pleasure and privilege of working with Linda for over 4 months trying to find an amazing home to purchase in Ararat. It actually all starting on conference calls as we were still living in Darwin. Linda understood what we were looking for but we kept missing out for a few different reason. After we thought we found our home the sellers actually pulled their house off the market and we were really saddened by this but just when we thought we would have to wait a lot longer to find a home Linda was able to obtain a stunning home for us off market. We put an offer in that day and it was accepted.
Linda was so in touch with the local market and what was potentially going on behind the scene with in her agency to be able to bring us our beautiful home.
