I am so disappointed with this company's service. They broke my cornice to fit in the splash back in the kitchen instead of cutting it to size. They also cut my kitchen cabinet more than they were supposed to. The silicone glue they use was all over the my stone bench top, shower screens, splash black and even my front door nob.

After multiple calls, they came and fixed it the size and the kitchen cabinet, and had to fix the cornice out of my pocket. What a joke! I called and asked on how to remove the glue, I was advised to purchase a particular sponge to clean it. The residue is still there and they are ignoring my phone calls!

This company is exceptionally unprofessional, if I could give them zero stars, I would.

We dealt with the son who said they could cut glass for my table top and deliver it to my property (east side).

The mother was aware of this and got all the measurements and instructions to cut the glass.

When we called (a number of times), sent text messages and emailed to find out when the glass would be delivered, we were ignored. Completely ignored. That is plain rude.

When we messaged again, we received a text saying they didn’t have time to deliver the glass. With all due respect, but if I am being charged a delivery fee, and offering to pay even more money to have the glass delivered, how can you plausibly advise a customer that you don’t have time to deliver their order?

This company is a joke. And their customer service is non-existent.

Stay away from Mr Elatli, he replaced glass in aluminium door and completely damaged the door frame by hammering it with a mallet. There are big dents in the frame and he doesnot wanto fix it. Pay someone a little bit extra and get the job done properly. Mr Elatli rushes through the job and will cause damage to your property. Its a father and son operation, will not take responsibility for the damage, DO NOT ENGAGE THEM!

The price was very reasonable, the craftsmanship and professionalism were unrivaled and they had it done two hours before the estimation.
