Very run down, needs a LOT of TLC. Too many things to complain about. Wouldn't stay again. The sheets were clean and the pillows were comfortable, everything else was very below a reasonable standard. It was close to a function we attended and fortunately we didn't have to spend a lot of time at the property.

Worst motel I've been to. To start with we were told room 7. Whoops, people in there. Room 8. Same thing. Finally got given room 14 which was empty. Staff also run pizza shop down road so they are never there. Horrible beds. No cutlery or kettle. Broken doors. Bed was broken. Shower door broken. Random people leaving bicycles against our front door at midnight. Absolutely filthy. Mice had eaten the sugar packets. Had to run to iga for Bleach and brush before I could step in shower. Thank me later as I'm pretty sure I'm the only one who has ever cleaned it. Attached photos. Go elsewhere. Sleep in the car. Anything is better.

Ps. No smoke alarms either.

What an absolute disgrace of a motel needs closing down, we had several family members stay Saturday night some had not been to numurkah before what welcome to town, shredded curtains, no toilet rolls in another, room, no mugs in another, dirty looking rooms, and one family member was told after driving two hours that you dont have a room at all, all being it was booked two weeks ago then had to drive 20 mins away to get a room, yet the junkies get rooms, what a disgrace for the town, 1star only because you have start with that should have minus stars for shocking motels

Room was dirty, with tonnes of spider webs inside and out. Front curtains were torn to shreds, unable to close blinds and have privacy away from the main street.
Room had a funky smell, which took some time to get used to.

Unfortunately, this Hotel is over 50 yrs old and not a great deal of investment has been put back into making it better. It's very tired and has permanent tenants who reside there for work purposes. The facilities are very ordinary, the kitchen is a disaster. There are a few other options in the local area that will be at least 3 stars higher than this one.

We have stayed here many times over ther years and it has probably seen better days and the new owners are renovating and rejuvenating this gem as is worthy of this.
Staff have always been friendly and no exception on our last stay. Very convenient location in town next to park and is pet friendly so recommend you stay a night or 2

Room 10. Don’t get that room unless you want to hear the new owners extended family talk all night and making pleasure sounds during the night. The electrical sockets right at bed height amplify the noise from next door right at your pillow. They stopped at about 2.00am. Room overall very dated and tired. Won’t stay again and will drive to next town.

I have stayed in some motel rooms but this one is the worst. The heating didn’t work and we froze all night. I looked at the shower and decided to wait till later in the day to have one. I will never stay her3 or recommend this place.

From the moment I checked I found this place unpleasant.
The male owner greeted me at reception and complained that I made my booking online through this service and that was costing him money.
If he doesn’t want people to book online, don’t list your property.
I booked a Deluxe family room, nothing Deluxe about it all beds crammed into one small room with no room to move at all.
The beds were all hard and uncomfortable.
I will not return to this property in the future when travelling to the area which I do a few times a year.
Very overpriced for the facilities and room type.

Rod was very accommodating & helpful. The room was very clean had all that you would need the pool was very clean easily accessible.my son & I were running around for a basketball tournament. It was great to be able to return to a clean room collapse on the bed, son jumps in pool & call one of the local places to deliver dinner. Booking DIRECTLY WITH THE MOTEL keeps your money in the biz your using - thank you Rod for being very helpful & providing a lovely motel.we might be back next year if the fixture is the same - but would highly recommend El Toro

Great spot on the main street in Numurkah, walking distance to shops, just across the road from a lovely park with a lovely water feature on the river running through the town. Lovely views from the first floor rooms if you don't mind parking your car in the main street overnight. Swimming pool for those hot summer days. The pool area could be decluttered though, it was overgrown with long grass, and lots of unnecessary furniture that were potentially a tripping hazard.

A reasonable motel for a small town, slightly rustic structure but still clean and tidy interiors. Clean rooms, comfortable beds and attentive staff. Nice swimming pool and close to town. Good for short stays. Only downside was the lack of decent storage area (shelves or cupboards) but they are limited by the structure and not an issue except if you are staying a few days.

Clean rooms. Freshly painted and well presented. Clean bathroom with good, hot shower. Electric blankets. Only downside can hear noise if people talk outside rooms. Room had queen and 2 singles so would take a family. Would stay again

It's clean and that's what matters the most. Tiles at the bathroom and the beds as well look like recently updated. Friendly staff.

Overpriced. For one adult overnight $120, unbelievable they don't have a different rate, they still charge you at the full rate. I travelled long distance only then to put up with a drunken idiot out the front of my door, carrying on (not to mention it was 9pm-2am this was going on) and i couldn't sleep and was dog tired. Never again staying here!

Good quiet motel, clean rooms, air con works well but noisy, eu suite clean & well set out. Rooms also have door directly onto side road with views
