My family had a kids meal, a salad and a fried variety box all of which were fresh and tasty, will definitely be back!

First time trying this place, and I loved the experience, and the food was great. Enjoyed the whole chicken and ej bites. Would highly recommended the desserts, the rice pudding especially!

Went for dinner tonight at the Pakenham restaurant and ordered my 2 children the crispy chicken burger meal and it was uneditable. It was undercooked and tasted like playdough, took it back and the manager refused to change them, may as well have thrown $44 in the bin. The burger I had was very average, do not recommend at all.

Very disappointing. Ordered 2 crispy chicken burger meal for my 2 nephews and they were not very nice. I can describe them as under cooked sweet play dough. 4 of us dinned and we all tried the Burgers and they were inedible. When I brought it to the managers attention he said that it's a different flavour and different supplier and that's what they taste like. There was no offer to replace the meals for the boys. It was very expensive and disappointing. We will not be back.

Just the same as Sydney, always great tender chicken, the garlic sauce is legendary, although the team were under the pump and a small group of rude customers they always serve with a smile. Best chicken chain in the country. Try the rice pudding!

Picked up food. Had the mixed chicken meal with the fried chicken pieces, charcoal chicken, bread, garlic sauce, gravy and chips.

The charcoal chicken was beautiful and charcoaly.
The fried chicken was succulent and so juicy, but crispy on the outside.
Chicken bites were good but bit salty a part from that it was fantastic
Chips with the chicken salt are yummy.
Bread and coleslaw was fresh.
Loved their garlic sauce and gravy
My kids loved their crispy Chicken burger it was so tender and delicious

It was glorified charcoal chicken! We order whole chicken meal. Chicken quite okay and bit dry. Chips fresh and well seasoned. Tabouli okay. We also get Lebanese bread, it was cold and felt like it was just coming right smack from the fridge. It was busy because Boxing Day, it felt like not enough space for people to dine in.

Worst place I've ever been too. Waited over 30 mins for our meal, forgot half of our food. Would give it 0 if I could. Never going back. I don't know how this place has been running for over 20 years but pick up your act.

The charcoal Chicken was finger licking good, also the fries and garlic sauce was outstanding, really enjoyed the environment. A beautiful and quick service ever, the staff is so nice and cooperative. Love this place, I highly recommend others to must try this cuisine once and you’ll love this.

THE CHICKEN IS AMAZZZINGG and IT CAME OUT SO FAST!
For a place that’s only opened a month ago, the service was excellent, very friendly staff members working really hard in and out.
There was about 4-5 people infront of us and the food, I swear, came out in 3 minutes whatttt! It’s faster than KFC!

Good place to have lunch/dinner with the family, very spacious areas.

The fried chicken was soo crispy it was flying out of my mouth and the charcoal chicken was so juicy with the crunch on the roasted skin oooff. The gravy and garlic sauce was sooo creamy and rich, loved it!

Love to have more halal options in our community now.

Absolutely delicious food all round and extremely well priced. We fed the whole family for $40
Chicken was perfectly seasoned and the chips are honestly some of the best I’ve ever had.
Garlic sauce and Honey Mustard is amazing.
Only improvement I can ask for is that they warm up the bread
Apart from that can not recommend this place enough!
Will be a regular now!

Really great fast food chain.
The restaurant is very clean and spacious.

The food is nice and prepared quickly.
I would recommend the grilled chicken and the fries wings.
The fried chicken pieces weren't that great.

The staff were super nice and helpful.

Love El Jannah. Ordered a Family meal. Heaps of food for the whole family and great price also. By far best charcoal chicken place. Also got to try complementary rice pudding which was delicious. Staff are very polite and welcoming. Highly recommend Pakenham El Jannah.

WOW I ordered 3 fried chicken tenders.small chips and small gravy
First of all the service was spot on. Store was clean.
The chicken tenders were that thick.juicy and crunchy.by the time I ate them I was already full. Chips were hot and yum and gravy was bang on.
To be honest it the best eat in / take away food in Pakenham.
I cant wait to go back to try the tabouli.dips and bread.

Enjoyed a nice family meal, plenty of options, great service and charcoaled chicken was great. Awesome flavours. Was a really enjoyed meal all round and plenty of food to go around. Good atmosphere for family eating. Really enjoyed hence taking the time to review.

I made a $200 order for 10 people and there was so much food left over. Really great value and great service.
